Everytime I come here I can taste the old burnt coffee as if it's been sitting for HOURS. Or maybe they brew new coffee right on top to leave the bottom burn... but it definitely tastes disgusting and burnt. đ¤˘đ¤Ž

I just switched to this Dunkin since it's closer to home. And I've had nothing but amazing experiences when I walk inside. But the last two times I went through the drive through I've been given a hard time. Needless to say he refused to give me my reward points back since he refused to use them for the item that I purchased. I will be disputing with my bank as well as contacting corporate. If he was kind it would have been different but that man truly hates his life.

This location sucks the coffee is horrible watered down don't even taste like coffee!! đ¤ŽI have been going back giving them a chance after chance and it still the same they never get my order right I asked for three sugars in my black coffee I only get one in my watered down gross coffee.. the people there don't even want to help you there's like 20 people behind the counter and they're all busy leaving you one person in line standing there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to just come by and say is someone helping you??!??! Like do you not still see me standing here.!!!!! ? And then they are not even friendly about it they're just rude!!! I still don't know how they are able to run their business like that in a prime location where a dunkin' donuts was really wanted and we were looking forward to this opening. Never going back here again!! let's see how Starbucks at the New jewel is doing....

I keep trying to come back here because I live close. I worked at dunkin itâs not that hard unless a rush. How do yall always get the orders wrong. I have legit 5 hash browns in my bag 5! And then you charged my card never gave a receipt and I had nothing to show you charged my card for something or what I ordered. This Dunkinâ is terrible the food always cold and never fresh the coffee always wrong thank god today it was right but the rest of the order was wrong.
I keep trying to give grace and come back but it only gets worse
& ALWAYS OUT OF DONUTS !

I would give this place zero stars if i could. There was a short blonde haired lady. Not sure her name but i heard someone call her Joette not sure if thats a nickname or her actual name. Anyhow me and my father who doesnât speak real good English came in and he was speaking to me so i could order what he wanted. This girl says âwe are in America you need to learn Englishâ very highly offended by this comment. I responded with excuse me? She said âthis isnât Mexicoâ first of off my dad isnât even Mexican he was not even speaking Spanish so this is absolutely outrageous

They make great coffee here as the employees are very experienced in making certain coffee beverages and they are usually busy so it's hard to get a smile but there not rude so I can recommend as long as your on your way to work and want your coffee and donut right now it's perfect but not a very socially warm place but they mean well

I usually go to Starbucks, but I thought I'd try this Dunkin' Donuts since it's 2 miles from my house. I ordered a large cappuccino and when I got home, it was warm bordering on cool. I had to microwave it for a while just to heat it up. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, he told me that the milk was steamed hot and I asked if the coffee is cold? He said no the coffee is hot and I said no, I corrected him and told him that it was warm and he said no it was hot. So I told him you're going to argue with a customer so I'll never be back. What lousy customer service and lousy cup of coffee for six dollars. I do not recommend this store.
