Decided to stop in an get breakfast.... DEFINITELY WON'T BE BACK!! Worker had terrible attitude. Order wasn't even correct.. Ordered an sausage and egg croissant... Ended up with bacon instead.... (Tasted terrible) Also had ordered a sausage egg muffin (for my boyfriend) and that looked like a hot mess.... (He swapped the two meat products on our meals) but thats besides the point when they couldn't even make the order correct. The hashbrowns tasted burnt... Threw everything out the window....

Got charged 10.45 for two small coffees. Seems like they charge whatever they want.
Went through the drive thru to grab a donut, never again. Charged full price for day old donuts. Got one for my grandma and she could hardly chew it. Service was very meh on top of that

Bugs all on donuts and flys everywhere, rude disrespectful managers with nasty attitudes almost as nasty as there fast food ive never seen a place decline so fast in my life!!! Health department needs to shut them down immediately. And they will be called .

Went there this morning and put an online order in for 1 drink and 3 food items. Pulled up and they just hand me the drink and told me to have a good day. I asked for the rest of my order and they looked at me crazy and said that this was the only thing in my order. So I showed them the receipt and they threw the rest of my food together. My bagel had literally barely any cream cheese, I couldn’t even taste it on my bagel. And my donuts frosting was smeared all over the inside of the bag. Almost every time I go here I’m missing something or they just throw it together.

Literally stole 12$ from me because they don’t mark things off the app. “ I can give you a credit “ like who wants a credit ?!?no one was watching the pick up lane so my boyfriend had to wait 25 minutes in the stupid line just to be told we can’t have our drinks. Literally an awful experience EVERY TIME

Everytime I come here I can taste the old burnt coffee as if it's been sitting for HOURS. Or maybe they brew new coffee right on top to leave the bottom burn... but it definitely tastes disgusting and burnt. 🤢🤮

I just switched to this Dunkin since it's closer to home. And I've had nothing but amazing experiences when I walk inside. But the last two times I went through the drive through I've been given a hard time. Needless to say he refused to give me my reward points back since he refused to use them for the item that I purchased. I will be disputing with my bank as well as contacting corporate. If he was kind it would have been different but that man truly hates his life.

This location sucks the coffee is horrible watered down don't even taste like coffee!! 🤮I have been going back giving them a chance after chance and it still the same they never get my order right I asked for three sugars in my black coffee I only get one in my watered down gross coffee.. the people there don't even want to help you there's like 20 people behind the counter and they're all busy leaving you one person in line standing there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to just come by and say is someone helping you??!??! Like do you not still see me standing here.!!!!! ? And then they are not even friendly about it they're just rude!!! I still don't know how they are able to run their business like that in a prime location where a dunkin' donuts was really wanted and we were looking forward to this opening. Never going back here again!! let's see how Starbucks at the New jewel is doing....

Was in yesterday, Sunday, February 16th. Very very rude, blonde haired girl. Didn't catch her name. Will not go back to this DD!!!! Reading back all the prior complaints I'm surprised nothing is done to remedy this problem, management obviously does not care!!
