Terrible customer service, IMO, they’re attitudes appear to be ; if they’re short handed and covering for someone who didn’t show up for work yet, it’s not their fault for the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, so I’ll get to you when I get the time. Some franchises think they’re the only game in town BUZZER—WRONG, not everyone is just some hungry DUNCE off the interstate starving to death. Most of us; ESPECIALLY US RETIRED FOLKS; We can shop wherever we want!!! ?I don’t know what they’re teaching you new generation people, but your REPEAT CUSTOMERS are your best Customers, just because you’re right off the interstate doesn’t mean you’re going to get good business anyway. FYI, you still should go for Repeat Customers!Vegetarian options: Actually I only go to Dunkin Donuts for a 5-Shot EXPRESSO , Except when I’m in Naperville at the one on US-59 and Brookdale Rd by the BP-Gas Station. They have 31 favors Ice Cream and open 24hrs!!! Anywhere else it’s just for the EXPRESSO.

I come here everyday the workers will usually know my order & have it ready. Today I came in & ordered and when the worker went to hand me my drink it was wrong & when I tried explaining it wasn’t what I ordered he proceeded to tell me to that’s what I ordered & jus to take it and order the other one tomorrow since I come everyday. If I’m the customer telling you my drink isn’t right then you as the worker should fix it not tell me to accept it. Rude employee I will now drive the extra 20 minutes to the other location.

The music was so loud I couldnt hear the girl taking my order. Obviously she couldn't hear me. I ordered a hot cappuccino and she made an ice one. I corrected her and she got snappy. 5 pm Tues March 26This was my 1st time there and I doubt I'll be back soon

I ordered a simple drink with one add on. They gave me the wrong kind of drink with no add ons. I went up to the counter and told them, multiple people heard and registered getting me a new one, and the person who took my order said they were going to make the right one. I sat there for 20min with no drink then took the one they initially gave me and left.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I never write reviews but I've had enough. When it first opened it was perfect. Staff was energetic and friendly. Coffee was consistent. NOW I will go to a dunkin by my job! I don't know if they have different owners but it's not good. I get a large hot coffee with 2 cream and 6 sugars every morning. NOT ONCE has it tasted like there was any sugar in it! I have to wait my 45 minute drive to work and add sugar myself. More often than not, hot coffee is dripping out the lid, down the cup, on to my hands/clothes/car. No one offers napkins and they see it! And if it's not dripping then there is sometimes a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. There is always something wrong with my coffee. And the staff look and act like the hate being there (same). If I go inside, I notice people not using gloves or cross contaminating ? sandwiches and hashbrowns always burnt. I've been going 5-6 days a week since they opened but I'm done. I'll wait to go to a BETTER dunkin. If you're reading this...don't waste your time or money. They don't deserve it.

I have been to this location every weekday morning for the past 2 weeks and ordered the same thing...sweet pepper bacon and egg with no cheese! Today I get to work and I got sausage and egg with cheese Staff has been very friendly every morning but disappointed that my sandwich was strong today!
The staff was very nice but the hash browns were not cooked all the way and cold, the coffee was watered down and hardly any ice. They also gave me the wrong donut and tossed them all in a bag and they all stuck together. I think this place could be amazing in this town if the staff really tried.

They charge a 1dollar for pup cups which are free at other Dunkin’s. The small frozen is 5.24 and you go to a different Dunkin they are 3.99. They up charge everything there.

Me and my wife both got food poisoning from the iced coffee. We both got instant diarrhea after drinking their coffee and had stomach issues for days. Maybe expired cream or bacteria in their water? The health department should go check it out.

I used to go to this Dunkin' religiously. Ever since they changed owners, I won't be back. They charge for pup cups now, which is kind of ridiculous in my opinion. Not only that, but I noticed that the crew seems more miserable with this new owner. It's like over the year I've watched this Dunkin' go downhill so quickly. They rarely ever have any syrups anymore. I would have been lucky to have any flavor in my drinks. If I wanted just plain coffee, I'd just go to the gas station. This location needs to do better.
