For $35 + dollars, chicken tenders were overcooked and hair was found in the biscuits. Not a good experience. The wait time in the drive thru is always very long. I think this is my last time going to this location.

I'm writing this review with the hope that the franchise owner sees it. I tried to write a complaint thru the website because I don’t even like to put anyone on blast, but when I tried to submit it takes me back to talking to an AI Bot, it won’t even let me send the complaint. As a former fast-food manager and someone who now works in customer service, I was truly disappointed by my recent experience. I've always tried to approach these situations with a calm and understanding demeanor, but the lack of basic customer service was shocking.
I placed a mobile order for pickup at 10:10 PM. The app confirmed the order, showed it was being prepared, and by 10:30 PM, it said my food was ready. I arrived at the drive-thru just two minutes later, at 10:32 PM, only to be told my order didn't exist.
When I showed them the confirmation on my phone, the staff member told me the KFC closes at 10:30 PM, even though the app and the restaurant's hours online said they were open until 11 PM. This didn't make sense since my order was confirmed and marked as ready before 10:30 PM. It felt like they either ran out of food and shouldn't have confirmed the order, or something else happened to the food after it was prepared.
The manager, Manny, was incredibly unhelpful and had a smug, dismissive attitude. He offered no apology and no solution. As a manager, if the KFC part of the restaurant was closed, I would have immediately offered to replace the order with something of equal value from the Taco Bell menu, which was supposedly still open. Instead, Manny told me to call the number in the app to get a refund, claiming it was the corporate office. I told him I was pretty sure it was the local number, but he insisted. When I called it, the phone inside the store started ringing, and Manny laughed in my face.
It was an unbelievably frustrating exchange. A good manager would have shown some empathy, tried to find a way to make things right, or at least apologized for the situation. Instead, I was met with laughter and dismissal. It’s hard to understand how someone with such poor customer service skills could be a manager.
This was not my first poor experience at this location either, which is what especially made me post this. I won’t be back to find out if you do, but please do better.
The food is good if you're willing to put up with the ridiculously long wait times in the drive thru. They are so slow here!!! Like today I had two cars in front of me at approximately 330 on a Wednesday and it took 20 minutes to get to the window! Then I waited another 7 minutes for someone to come to the window! No one came! They could have been decent and said sorry for the long wait, and it will be however much longer. Nope!! Nothing! I drove off! They need to put the fast back in fast food!!!
This isn't the first time . I have been going here on and off for years and every single time I have to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive up no matter how many cars are in front of me. Never once got an apology or explanation for the long wait!
If you go here plan for to be stuck in the drive thru for an unacceptable amount of time 😞
Discusting, everything is dirty. The staff where swearing and one walked to her car with some dude then came back after a few minutes. They took 17 min for a few tacos.
Known for terrible service and long waits. Just took 23min and 32 seconds to go through their drive through.
I use to go to KFC at l least once a month. Last time chicken was dry. I thought id give it another try. Went there last night. Got a 3pc combo meal. Went inside. Waited 20min, which was ok. Took home and so dry n chewy. Idk what's happening.
Ordered 8pc meal at drive thru service was fast food was fresh and hot ,the sides were generous in size, will go back for sure.

11/2024 - Back again and everything was good. Typical KFC.
Here at lunch; wife wanted acrispy breast, only had original; I ordered leg & thigh, no legs; they made up for their error; still good food & fast

I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited for over an hour for our food. No apology for the wait or anything. Definitely will not be returning.
Kimmy at the window is always rude. Don’t be a cashier if you don’t want to talk to people. Many people complain about her but her dad is the manager.

I asked for sauce and didn’t see any at first, I kindly asked for more sauce and she was extremely rude saying hold on with her finger. And was not professional at all. If you can’t be nice or considerate as I was, get a life!
