11/2024 - Back again and everything was good. Typical KFC.
Here at lunch; wife wanted acrispy breast, only had original; I ordered leg & thigh, no legs; they made up for their error; still good food & fast

I asked for sauce and didn’t see any at first, I kindly asked for more sauce and she was extremely rude saying hold on with her finger. And was not professional at all. If you can’t be nice or considerate as I was, get a life!

Late night KFC/Taco Bell run, waited at the machine for a bit before being acknowledged, but overall paid at the window, quickly got my drinks and food. I'm not the picky one in my family its my kids. One wanted no tomatoes on his tacos and the other no lettuce. the no lettuce taco ended up with extra tomatoes and it wasnt even supposed to have tomatoes. my nachoes bell grande had no tomatoes on it, which bummed me out because that was mine. 5 yr old lost his dang mind. Employees were friendly, but when they took my order it was right on the screen.
A 12 piece meal is supposed to include 3 sides of your choice according to KFC corporate office. We paid extra for them and I'll bet you did too. You need to check. We really didn't want 3 sides 1 would have been plenty

KFC is KFC. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was good, but what's with pickles on a chicken sandwich? Anyway, the best part of the experience was Devon (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly.) He was fantastic. My father (nearly 87 years old) and I are on a road trip to his hometown. He's getting hung, so we stop at a KFC. Devon takes our order. He brings it to us, and I know he didn't call our number. He just took the initiative to bring it out. I get up to fill our cups (which he brought to our table) and he comes back with napkins and silverware. Who does that anymore? I don't know who owns this restaurant, but Devon deserves a raise. He is an asset to your establishment. I walked in expecting to like the food. I did not expect to be wowed by the service.

Not sure why all the 1 and 2 star reviews. Went in on 06/05/24 around 6:30pm. Ordered a 12 piece bucket with sides. I don’t know if it was because I was hungry but the chicken was delicious. The sides were hot and a decent portion. The service was fast and the cashier (shout out to Makenzie) was friendly. The only thing that went a little wrong was when my order came out. The young lady brought it out and yelled out my order number and then like magic she disappeared. I then stood there for a good 2 minutes until the drive thru girl made me a sign telling me to wait. After that a really young boy came to the rescue. I asked him for some hot sauce and he gave me Taco Bell hot sauce. I told him if he had kfc hot sauce aka Louisiana hot sauce. He told me straight up that he was new and he didn’t know. Not to get him in trouble but I really thought that was really honest of him and just found it funny. That was not a problem for me. Luckily I had a little bit of wing sauce at home.
Over all…this place is great. I’m new to the neighborhood so I’m glad I stopped by. I would definitely be a regular customer. Definitely recommend this kfc to the people traveling and the locals.

SCAM. Paid $3.29 for mashed potatoes that was only 3 small spoons. Complained and they wouldn't give me any more potatoes. Told me to complain somewhere else
