The food is OK, the service is trash. Always an attitude. And they like to close early. About a half hour early.

Everyone complains about the wait in the drive thru and inside wait but half of coal city and everywhere else all comes to the restaurant at once so what do you expect? The staff is short and they try their hardest if you have a problem don’t go there easy

Asked for items with out tomatoes. Food had tomatoes anyways. What's the point of ordering if no one listens?
Slow service. I asked for sauces, didn't get them. I got saucy nuggets and a baja blast Gelato. Got no fork or spoon for these. The guy didn't give me my bottle of water that I paid for so I brought it up. After saying I needed my bottle of water 2x he finally comes back with a small cup of water...... instead of the bottle of water that I paid for. 😒
I bought a four piece tender combo. Two of my tenders are undercooked. I can’t even bite them to eat. My fries was warm with the old taste not even hot, to be cold in the next two seconds. My biscuit was hard for $10. I’m highly pissed, I couldn’t even eat majority of my food. I will not be back.
