For anyone who may have been misinformed. Whistle Stop Cafe in DIAMOND, IL is not closed. It is still thriving and still has great food at even better prices. Yes, there is another restaurant in Canada that closed. Same name, different owners (different family entirely).

Food was good but the stand out by far was our waitress Dory. She was so happy, positive, and great with all her customers.
We just moved to the area and we will absolutely be back!

I just ordered some muffuletta sandwiches. They were delicious and so big, that we got 4 meals out of each one. They tasted even better the next day. Highly recommended!
35 dollars for cold eggs an overdone chicken fried steak and an omelet with processed Swiss cheese.
