Ordered over $100 of food for delivery through the website. They never confirmed the order and never answered the phone after I called repeatedly to see what the issue was. They couldāve denied the order so my money would be refunded but they never did that either. Completely unprofessional

Food is good the couple times I've had it. The only thing is they never answer their phone never and only to find out they don't have what you wanted when you get to the store and have to substitute for something else and have to wait a long time to get the food when they could've just answered the phone and take your order and tell you what they do or don't have in the menu for the day.

My food you see here was $31.22 after taxes. The menu you see in there is NOT what they go off of so BEWARE . There are no sides included with the $22.88 Alfredo ādinnerā. I had to pay $5.50 for that bowl of Yams you see. The pasta was over cooked and it all tasted reheated . For the price everything should be fresh. If I do come back itāll only be to get sides. Definitely wasnāt worth all that money .

You guys have become way too inconsistent. 20+ dollars and now the meals don't taste good, no jerk flavor in chicken, food is old, 3 small pieces of catfish in a dinner????? and you have bad attitudes when people come in. You guys like to just substitute food when you run out and don't tell the customer. I'm sick of getting a mystery plate that leaks everywhere because y'all stuff multiple plates in one bag. I have been coming here since you guys opened in Midlothian and I do not live near here but drive to you guys, but since you don't appreciate your customers I'm gonna stop coming here

I was charged $19.25 for 6 wings that still had the feathers on them, in which the wings were bland. The rice was decent, the yams were mushy and the macaroni was bland as well. The amount I was charged was a lot compared to the serving sizes of the dishes. The atmosphere and music was nice, and the young man was nice. The First Gentleman was rude. I wonāt go back.
I got the jerk shrimp, red beans and rice, macaroni and cheese, and cabbage.

Jam-Rock Express Jerk isnāt fancy, and honestly, thatās part of the charm. Itās a small spot, no big signs or trendy decor, just a straightforward setup where you walk in, place your order, and wait for something that smells like someoneās been cooking all day just for you.
I went with the Jerk Chicken Alfredo, which sounded like an interesting combo and it totally delivered. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and flavorful without being too heavy, and you could tell it was made fresh. It had a nice buttery taste, and there was just enough spice to keep things interesting without overwhelming the whole dish.
But the jerk chicken? That was the star. It had a deep, smoky flavor and a heat that built up slowly with each bite, not in a āmouth on fireā way, but enough to remind you it means business. The outside had a good char that added a little crunch, while the inside stayed super tender and juicy. You can tell they know what theyāre doing with that grill.
The bell peppers mixed in were a nice touch, added a bit of crunch and sweetness to balance things out. Itās a simple dish, but everything worked together really well.
The portion was solid, definitely enough to fill you up and I left full and happy. If youāre looking for something flavorful and comforting, especially on a cold day, this is the move. Iāll definitely be back.

Got the mixed chicken dinner. Very good! Tasty, tender chicken. Cabbage and candied yams were good. Peas and rice, yummy. And that jerk sauce! I definitely will be back.
