i order online and go to the store to pick up my food, i say my first and last name to them and they gave me my order, then i head to my car and open the bag and notice it’s not even my order so i go back in and this guy is asking a worker about an order with the same name as me and i say he probably gave me his order which was true, he did get it mixed up but then he proceeds to just give him the bag i had which was already open, but the guy insisted on a new order because common sense you know, safety, but then the worker just takes the food out the bag and puts in a new bag like didn’t the guy just ask for a brand new order like that is just disgusting then i had to wait like 5 minutes for large side of veggies just so they can give me a small because that’s all they had. bad service!!

I ordered from here last night on Uber Eats, and my delivery driver said that my food was given to someone else already, which means that no one at the place was paying attention. I called five times and was put on hold for a long time. I ordered 15 wings, 8 Garlic Parmesan and 7 Sweet Chili Glaze along with an order large season fries and a cup of ranch, and I would like a refund of $32.19.

I was already suspicious cuz they be in there with sandals on and toes out. Yesterday I got some blue cheese ranch and fries. I was irritated when I saw a man touch his mouth and then touch someone’s sauce. Anyway. My husband had the blue cheese. I had the ranch. I got food poisoning! I’m so sick. Been sick all morning. This morning my husband was fine until he ate the ranch and now he’s sick too. Never again.

Really bad customer service they prefer to talk to each other than to work plus they have no clue on hygiene dude touching his mouth his cell phone and even some cardboard/garbage by the door in the back and try to touch the food without washing his hand will definitely not come back to this location. And definitely won't let my kids order from here ever again

Took over an hour to give me my order. 20 wings and a Soda. I called and place the order. They told me it will take 20 minutes. I came to the place and my food wasn’t ready! I’m a food delivery driver so time for me is very important. I left to do a delivery and I came back again it wasn’t ready. I left to do another delivery. Thinking my food will be ready when I come back again. I came back again they said they were ready. they made me pay first then again told me we’re not ready! When I called I asked for a soda! I didn’t get it!!!! They wanted me to pay for a soda again What a joke! I desided to walk out without my soda! Worst experience ever! Never coming back! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

TRUCK DRIVERS, STAY AWAY.
we were fined $750 ticket for parking in their parking lot for 10 minutes to grab some food, and we only has the tractor head. its not worth it, their police officers are miking truck drivers in this plaza.

Absolutely terrible. Ever since they sold to new owners.. The food Quality isn’t the same, and they customer service is awful… I walked inside the store after being placed on hold for 10mins and no one greeted me. Everyone looked and continued whatever they were doing. After 5mins I said hello and still wasn’t acknowledged until i walked out with and obvious attitude.. it took me months to come back once they gained new ownership, and this is why!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER order from this place again. I don’t see why this place has this many stars. If I could give them a below zero I would. I would NEVER provide my service to this place again. Placed an order online for delivery and then a half and hour later when my food was to have arrived they cancelled my order and said to contact Wingstop directly for more information and yet they still took my money. I have been calling this place for almost and hour and no one is answering the phone. But showing online they are open until 12am. This place SUCKS and I will be contacting wing stop customer service ASAP!!!!

Hi all, I like the lunch specials here and the crispy wings the yummy lunch time for me and the staff are well dressed and welcoming the location is hotspot we have a plenty of food items here and the restaurant is clean over all perfect I like to visit again
