I ordered two sandwiches and two sundae pies through the Uber when my food arrived I opened it up. My sandwiches looked old and I did not receive my Hershey pies. Tried to call this company did not answer the phone. I understand it is 1 o’clock in the morning, but there is no reason why my food should not be fresh Especially since y’all close at 4 AM.

While going through the drive thru, the cashier taking my order already sounded like she didn't want to be there. After ordering 2 meals I said I had one more thing to add and got the biggest, loudest huff and puff over the intercon that even the person I was otp with heard. It was just so rude and unnecessary and I was snout done that I just left. Didn't even say what I wanted. And so you guys know all I asked for was a 2 for 5 with the bacon burger having no condiments. A fish sandwich and I wanted to add mozzarella sticks. Nothing too crazy so yeah service is killing them smh. Don't work with the public if you dont know how to talk to people.

I came here one morning to get breakfast. The drive-thru let me know how this experience was going to be. As I’m ordering my food, why do I have to hear about someone’s fight last night? The lady took my order, didn’t tell me my total and continued gossiping as if I still couldn’t hear her on the intercom. I get to the window and I see a black woman with a scarf wrapped around her head as if that’s proper work attire. She looks as if she jumped right out of bed from the long, drunk fight the night before. I received my order but I had to call her back to the window to ask for jelly for my breakfast sandwiches. Rudely, she gave me two packs of jelly and I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches.

customer service was very rude. made an online order for the drive thru. was told to come inside & get it. staff was rude & our food was messed up. we made modifications on the app & they did not follow it. spent almost $50 on our food just for it to be messed up.

This 60 year old lady was very rude to us. She didn’t hear us say we have a code and started yelling and slamming the door to our face and calling us names. I was talking to the other server at the window and she slammed the window as I was talking to him thanking him for our food. People like that shouldn’t be doing customer service and saying racist things.

Wen to this place with a coupon and got the double cheeseburger meal was very disappointed with the fries being stale and some fresh mixed together I can't even chew it this Burger King has been horrible since I lived in the community for over 25years they need to close down. The sad part they didn't even have any customers to be giving me cold food
