This place always rushes you to complete your order in drive thru. My burger is special but before I can say light mayo, add mustard they are asking for the kind of drink. Once at the window they reach out for payment without speaking and on the last visit the cashier was such in a rush that when she passed the bag to me I didn't even have my hands on it. Bag dropped on the ground between my car and the building. She did apologize and once I managed to get the bag she did put my order in a new bag. Slow down!

Very poor customer service. Food was not hot. The young lady at the drive thru, this morning 9/24/2023 at 10:15 am, act like she didn't want to be at work. Very bad attitude. Not friendly at all.

I just had the opportunity to experience customer service at its best. "MS.SPRING" did a extraordinary job of taking my order. Ms.Spring took care of me with patience and kept a smile on her face from start to finish. I will always come to this particular Burger King just because of how great she was with dealing with me and that's at the end of her shift. Keep up the great work.Lovell74

I ordered my food on the app and waited a long time. They messed up on my order. I went inside and still had to wait for one of my orders. I use to like this burger king. I won't go back to this location again.
