I just ordered a Big GLO BBQ Buford with no cheese and no grilled onions. It was the most disguising and disappointing burger I’ve ever had. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. It didn’t even have BBQ sauce on. Also they’re using plain garlic bread as the bread. Looks nothing like the advertisement. I also ordered the fry seasoned buffalo tenders and it was so dry and they tasted old. Even my kids said it was bad. I want my money back so bad. Don’t waste your money here.

I had a $30 order and had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food. I was not pleased at all and they forgot a mother cruncher I had ordered. I called the manager by the name of Ana and she told me I could come back any time and they would reimburse me with the sandwich that they forgot. I come back and it’s a total different story when I get there. They would not reimburse me for the sandwich that they forgot and I had the receipt. The manager was very rude when I talked this over with her and said that I was lying about what I was saying and I had all the proof on the receipt, so this checkers basically took my money for something that I payed for, they don’t have good customer service at all and they will take your money and not give you for what you paid for. I would not recommend anyone going here to get food at all because they will do the same to you if you’re in this situation. Horrible experience in general 👎

The lady working at the drive had beautiful nails and a beautiful personality she bought us out fresh hot food right to our car for 2 adults and 2 kids, will be stopping by if in the area again. Recommend this place

Staff always kinda rude. Never honor valid coupons. My burger wasn’t good and they forgot to add cheese after charging me $1.09 for one slice!! I’m going to stop going sadly I hate that south holland is closed! Smh

The food they serve it's horrible. I love Checkers back in the day but the food has no flavor , the chicken was brown on the inside not sure if it's the oil or the meat possibly not fresh. I order the 3 piece tenders combo so the only thing that was eatable was the fries. The portions are so small the tenders specially . When I open the bag i start laughing and I ask the girl who served me if this is normal and she apologized say that's what it is .Wow mini baby size meal for 11$ ridiculous not sure if the company realized what they doing . Bad experience with the food not worth of the money and waste of money.
