I really want to give Domino's itself, no stars. But, the food was prepared well so I wouldn't do that to the staff.
I ordered a lot of food in 2 seperated orders thru the app with coupon codes and was very much overcharged. I reached out to customer service and have not received a response yet! Its been over a week! 🤔

This location is owned/franchised operated by the youngest man who greeted me. He was very polite, efficient and interactive with me as a customer. I was informed that he had only been open a little over 2 Mos.
Before going to DOMINO's ever again, a lifelong friend had tried it and was raving over it, so I made the trip to try it. Again, after a horrible experience 6 years earlier at their Domino's (off Sibley and Indiana - pizza was burned beyond Description and mgmt there was horrible and going to Corp was...) If these guys continue to provide the level of service that I received, they will be successful.
It's the first pizza I've bought in a very long tim . I ordered the New Garlic and Parmesan with extra sauce and onions in medium (NO Small/individual for single people). Sorry! I also need to say that the Crust wasn't hard and dry. So much so, that for ME, I would have perferred an additional minute of cooking time to my pizza which would have made it even more sensational.
My atmosphere rating is based on it having a very narrow entrance/waiting area and no seating, so I suggest you order ahead and when confirmed your receipt tells you what time it will be ready for pickup. Otherwise, wait in your car where you can sit and wait.
At this time I strongly recommend this location which is a LEFT at the next red-light after Torrence and a quick right into lot. If I detect or receive less in the future I'll be back here and on other review sites. Hope this was useful.

Everything is fine with the food, only the employees need to be cleaner. They use the phone with the same gloves they use to prepare food. Please take care of that. It's disgusting. It's not the first time I saw that

Service has always been good; however--had their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich tonight--not so good; a lot more bread than meat/cheese. However, I did like that it is crunchy.

Today was the last straw for me with this location. I recently began ordering from this location through their website. The first few times, everything was fine until the day they got my order wrong, and I actually had to interact with their staff.
Every interaction with the staff at this location is just unpleasant.
I can not have cheese. Most restaurants are cautious when a customer makes a request for certain food items not to be prepared with their order. I expected nothing different from this location.
When i called about the mistake, the woman on the phone acknowledged the mistake and provided me with a credit for another pizza.
When I called later to redeem the credit,I spoke with a different woman who acknowledged the credit, and I ordered the same pizza as before, BUT made the correct way.....without cheese.
What I received was a pizza one size bigger with no ingredients apart from tomato sauce and a few jalapeños on one side. A pizza only a sociopath would eat.
I called them without a doubt that they would recognize this as a mistake.
The guy on the phone argued with me for quite some time, telling me that was the pizza I ordered previously, even though I told him that I had my order receipt open in front of me stating different.
He told me there was someone at my location, with the same name and information, who ordered that pizza exactly when I ordered mine, and they received it.....This was so absurd, I knew speaking with him was a waste of time and it would get nothing resolved.
He told me to call back in the evening when the GM was there after 5 pm. This was the only person who could resolve the issue.....so I waited for hours until the manager came in.
I called and spoke with the GM, who acknowledged the issue and then placed my order for me. I confirmed the ingredients and that the pizza would have NO CHEESE!!!! He agreed and said yes.
When the pizza arrived....the pizza HAD CHEESE on it!!!!!!!
I thought to myself, this order was placed with the manager, and the ingredients were confirmed, and it was still prepared wrong. I called him back and told him my pizza was made WRONG AGAIN!!! He apologized and issued yet another credit for a pizza.
( At this point, I should've just asked for a refund and ordered from somewhere else)
Today, I called to finally get the pizza I have tried to order many times now and was met with another unpleasant team member.
The staff seems more interested in being argumentative than resolving issues here.
I WAS TOLD AGAIN THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER WHO WOULDN'T BE IN UNTIL AFTER 5PM......
She said she saw no credit and in being passively aggressive said that she did prepare my pizza the right way.....as if somehow I had forgotten what I ordered and the fact that I can't have cheese on my pizza. She then brushed me off, saying that she was too busy and just placed me on hold and didn't come back to the phone.
I still haven't received the pizza I ordered, and NOW I don't even want the pizza. DEFINITELY NOT FROM THEM.
This was a terrible experience, and I'd rather be refunded and be done with this location completely.
I'd rather contact their corporate office and speak to someone who actually might want to make an ugly experience better and not treat people like trash after they have already suffered poor customer service.
There are too many pizza places in town and in the city of CHICAGO to have to deal with bad attitudes and unprofessionalism like this.
This place isn't worth the headache. Just go somewhere else.

Service can be better... Knowing I ordered though the mobile app and getting there like 30mins later, my food wasn't even in the oven yet.
The knowing I'm there, my food was ready and I had to tell them that's my order, give it to me.
The they messed up my order slightly by giving me 2 plain 8pc wings instead of 1 plain and 1 BBQ.
Even tho these things aren't big deals, this is enough for me to never go there again.

I been ordering from this Domino for years .They lied and said they deliver my food and they didn't management say that they did so I reorder and now I will never order from this store again bad business driver said he made a mistake Lol I had to reorder and my food was cold when it got here meaning that food was my frist order that they said I got Lol never order here again...BAD BUSINESS
