When I tell you this had to be my WORST EXPERIENCE in all my years of experiencing customer service at the Dunkin’ Donuts on 250 W. Sibley Blvd. in Dolton, IL. The guy took my order, I ordered 7 croissant stuffers and apparently they didn’t have any in the store but I had already paid for my order. The cashier never told me they didn’t have the stuffers and then he left the store, left me standing there waiting, never said he was leaving to go get them, never said he will be back, he just left and I had already paid my money and then he comes back 20 minutes later with a rack of croissant stuffers! The other workers had no idea as to him even leaving the store to get the stuffers! When I tell you I am freaking HOT!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I WILL be going on social media to express my dissatisfaction in this restaurant!!

Seriously needs to do better. Our cheese was on the paper not the sandwich. I know you guys are Inna rush but please stack everything together nicely it's not that hard. Plus the drive-thru didn't have a line!

Usually I have no issues but today I ordered a mobile order. My boyfriend went to go get it because we have a sick 1 year old at home. He gets the order after they claim they can’t find it..& then as he’s leaving he gets hit by a brown pick up truck & nobody in the surrounding stores or anyone helps him. Paramedics got called & they wouldn’t issue a refund!
