Food was prepared to perfection. Inside was extremely warm, air stifling and no seats available while you wait. Wait time was almost 30 mins with only 2 other customers in restaurant. I didn't mind the wait, because my food was freshly prepared.

Not sure what's going on with the chicken but the breading tasted really bad. ? I've never had chicken, let alone Harolds that tasted like this. I unfortunately will never be returning to this location.

They also didn't put my bread in my basket. Maybe they're just cutting corners and dropping quality where they think no one will notice.

I’ve been here several times always order a large gizzard cooked soft with ketchup salt and pepper I’m very disappointed never have I received my food in this status I live less than 4min away get home and food is already cold

I ordered from door dash, it came in a timely fashion. First off, I ordered a 16 piece & got 15. Not the first time I've been shorted chicken. Think it's part procedure to keep a piece or 2. Maybe they Had a problem with their arithmetic or if the door dash person stole one. I tasted the oil..not fresh. The chicken texture was like a gizzard. I waited til today to see if we got sick, we're still alive!!! Lbvs. This location needs to visit the Griffith Indiana location and eat, see how it's supposed to be. Hopefully..maybe.. possibly ? it was just a bad day, but I won't be back to find out.

The place is broken down and dirty, food was not what Harold’s stand for like others. This is a hand banger and drug dealer hang out. Staff so unprofessional. Staff ouyside catering to friends while I wait in line smoking black and milds. The best thing about this place is the tv menu.

They gave me different dies gave me some else order and they mixed old chicken with my food and shut the door dash app down and won’t pick up the phone and they don’t close till 9 pm it was only 7 pm

I ordered my food February 10th around 5:13pm 2024.. thee absolute worst food ever, I asked for my chicken to be fried hard chicken was soft and wet and wouldn’t break apart mad I can’t post the picture
