Italian Fiesta Pizzeria - Dolton

Tried a slice of pepperoni i never had pepperoni under cheese. At first I thought i had the wrong pizza. It was really yummy. Cheese had a nice pull the sauce was straight forward tomato not spicy or acidic probably white pepper garlic salt. Overall 7.5/10 I'll be back to try more next time im in Chicago it's a solo trip can't eat an entire pie. Great job

I ordered through Uber Eats and they took over two hours to prepare my food. My Uber Eats driver's got tired of waiting so they left. I called this location several times only for them not to answer and by the time they did answer I was put on hold for another 25mins. I canceled my order and ordered from Aurelio's pizza instead. Better customer service and professionalism. I will NEVER order from the Dolton location again. Italian Fiestas is a good restaurant with good food. Just don't patronage the Dolton IL location. They're garbage💯

The first time I came in here was to deliver, service was mediocre/hood. Im familiar with Italian Fiesta so, I was kinda excited to see one in the south burbs. Yesterday we ordered one and Boy was I disappointed!! Expensive trash!!! Part of my crust and a slice of my pizza was missing! Also i paid for an ingredient that I didn’t get on the pizza! This definitely isnt the same as 71st st. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very rude when answering the telephone appeared to be speaking with an attitude from my perspective as if she didn't want to be at work today. We ordered a small pizza and an order of fries and we're told it's going to take 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick up our meal it was about 15 people in the lobby waiting to be serviced. I suggest they have two lines and two cashiers up front because things were kind of hectic. It was very loud in the kitchen area to say more fun was being had than people actually getting serviced. I suggest a place your order line her and a pickup line because people were all over the place. The young lady just placed the pizza on the counter and stepped away didnt say thank you for coming have a good evening nothing was said to me. I had to get her attention because the part of my order was missing.
When I got the pizza home there were a few mushrooms on it and we got charged for a full set of mushrooms. They were pretty scarce and stingy the order of fries....the tray wasn't even half full. Also, parts of pizza had only sauce topping, smh at them. Just a reminder, check your order before you leave the counter. Won't be frequenting here no time in the immediate future. Poor customer service.......additional training should be done to know how to address patrons..

Very rude customer service it stank it flies every where my first time there and paid all that money for my pizza to be cold and it was a pick up

Expect a wait. Lines are always long. But the pizza is incredible so people are in there.

Seriously, they need to swap the whole team out of there. There's not a single person in there that take their job serious. Phones ringing off the hook with one of the workers that's manning the front flat out ignoring it, paying more attention to their personal phone. I've witnessed orders being miss or flat out botched. Then my own online order that I already gave them 30 minutes to make was completely ignored, and I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to finally make it with no compensation for that additional wait. And the pizza itself was actually bad and the service provided was subpar to other Italian Fiesta Pizzeria standards. If this was ever my first time eating at one of these restaurants, I would've been highly disappointed and never would visit another one again. This place brings shame to the chains name and really should be addressed before it's too late...

Awesome food as usual

Excellent service

Terrible Service at this location. This was the final straw and I won’t be going back here. I ordered a personal pan through Grubhub, when i arrived to pick it up they told me 10more minutes, i came back 30min later and they told me 12 more minutes! Lazy workers, and terrible service.
