They don't focus on the walk in customers they are more concerned with the drive thru the place seems cold & empty you can order on the kiosk but the menu seems limited

This place is horrible the employees are rude and ignorant never have product in the store out of cheese out of sausage Frapee machines r down ice cream machine is down. Don't waste your time or money in the roach infested mcdonalds... then when u call to speak to a manager they take the phone off the hook so they don't have to deal with no one... this place should be reported to the health department and the better buiness bureau...

I'm not coming back until you get a new girl at the window or until she slows down. She keeps trying to rush me and end my order after every item I add. Because of that, she's not even paying attention. My order was wrong the last few times I went

I frequent this place often. Never had any problems with customer service. The food is good, but today, I don't know what they were trying to serve me. They had to see it when they put this on the sandwich. What in the world is this?!?!

Bad attitudes! I came to the drive thru to get some breakfast, I let the cashier know the screen was not showing the menu which to she proceeded to rush me into ordering, I asked her for a minute so I could look it up on their website, I guess the manager took over (Spanish lady) with such negative attitude asking me to order asap and that it was not her problem the screen was down. I let her know I just needed a minute, there was not cars behind me. The lady came out to the drive thru saying the same stuff, I let her her know their tech issues were not my problem, she cussed in Spanish and to her surprise I speak Spanish too! I had to explain to her the whole situation in her language and she cussed again. finally I decided to drive off. Ma’am it’s not my problem you hate your job
The worker came from outside didn't wash his hands and then got mad because i asked him to wash his hands or have someone else fix them. He then proceeded to talk about me in spanish. The when i asked for a manager they told me they didn't have one on duty.

They will not give u everything u ask for don’t order from here . Everytime I order they either don’t put it in the bag or it’s not made right. you definitely will not get your money worth. Especially if u order or uber/doordash .

The workers can't speak English but they can have a bad attitude! They give cold fries every time, even after you ask for fresh cooked fries. Then they give you a medium fry in a large box after you have paid for a large. Are they stealing the fries??? Why are they not filling up the fry box. I'm calling McDonald's corporate on them, as we all should. They represent a brand and are held to a standard!
