Ordered through the drive through and had to come all the way back because it was hair in my food. Long wait and no compensation for it. They also don’t wear hair nets.

Every encounter I have with this location is not good. The customer service service is terrible, specifically window cashiers and manager manager name Martha. A lot of false advertisement and issues with their system, and a total waste of a location.
They don't focus on the walk in customers they are more concerned with the drive thru the place seems cold & empty you can order on the kiosk but the menu seems limited

This place is horrible the employees are rude and ignorant never have product in the store out of cheese out of sausage Frapee machines r down ice cream machine is down. Don't waste your time or money in the roach infested mcdonalds... then when u call to speak to a manager they take the phone off the hook so they don't have to deal with no one... this place should be reported to the health department and the better buiness bureau...

I'm not coming back until you get a new girl at the window or until she slows down. She keeps trying to rush me and end my order after every item I add. Because of that, she's not even paying attention. My order was wrong the last few times I went
