I wish they sold more than just fried everything. Other sharks they have grilled sandwiches and Italian beefs. This place is just fried chicken or fish. However, dont get me wrong, I love their catfish and chicken. Lemon pepper, everything, please. They'd get 5 stars from me if they had a bit more variety.

Second time ordering from Uner eats and was given refried old food. Called and was left on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Attempted to eat it and you can’t even bite into it. Called back and cashier said nothing can be done and the cook does not speak English. We have to stop letting them treat us this way in OUR neighborhoods!

Today was a no! Called for a 6 wing special, no lemon pepper. I came to pick up, and she asked my order - said 6 wings. I get home. There are 4 wings with lemon pepper. Charged me $11.01

Ordered a 25 piece meal with fries, lemon pepper fried hard. Got a really small container of fries which I'm not that upset about. What I am upset about is the quality of the chicken you guys served me. I've been ordering from this place for years and I've always been ok with the semi high prices ($50 for 25 wings and a small fry....) due to the quality of the chicken always being nice hot and fresh. Mind you I was 10 mins late picking up an order that was ready in 20. That being said this does NOT look like 10, 15z or 20 min old chicken! It's full of grease and dark. It's soft and mushy, and no lemon pepper on it at all. This chicken is very old and clearly refried to heat up. That's the only way you get mushy chicken that's much darker than fresh cooked chicken. It was clearly made much earlier and sat to the side. Not happy about it at all. Won't be coming back. I know I'm just one person but you guys lost a regular.

Hi I'm Karen. I just moved to Dalton from Markham glad to see a Sharks up the street from my new house. Figured I'd buy near home be hot when I get home. I was disappointed with my first order here. I asked for soft cooked chicken and got hard cooked chicken couldn't eat it it dry too. Asked for mild sauce she said she put in the bag she said you want extras said sure. When I got home found she hadn't put any sauce in there at first. There was no extra sauce had I not ask about sauce and watched her put it in the bag wouldn't have had any. Bought a cheese cake got nothing to eat it with and a soda. She put cold things in the same bag not good had to separate them when I got in the car. I very disappointed with my order. Going back to Sharks in Markham after work. May or may not be back in the future.

First time eating at this location and I will be back! They got a new loyal customer because when I say my food was so goooood. I got chicken wings and shrimp and everything tasted clean. It was prepared how I asked and the gentlemen who took my order was attentive and pleasant. I love places that I feel like care how they are serving me. We give people our money and they give us practically dirt to eat, but NOT HERE. I felt and tasted the care in the food. Thank you Sharks. I’ll be back!

Parking: Maybe they should Repaint the lines in the lot and fix the curb for getting in and out. Some people just park any kind of way.
