I spent almost $80 and gave very clear directions for my double pan to have no onion and my single to have onion I get home see that’s my double has onions I call and was berated by the man who took my order DONT GO TO it was a easy fix or a simple apology but to be disrespected like that as a costumer and hung up on 3times is absolutely insane

Needs to be closed down tbh, food only has 1-4 food items that are edible and not disking wet with oil and heavy grease. Italian beef, pizza puff, fries, and maybe grilled sandwhich. Everything else on the menu needs to be thrown out…

The quality of the food is the reason for such a low rating. As far as the "Sweet Steak Sandwich," you can tell it's the cheapest steak they could find, the bread literally disintegrates before you can get halfway through the sandwich, & there are loads of diced fat served in it, which doesn't make for a good sandwich. I'll pass on the skinny fries as well. It doesn't compare to Home of the Hoagy & NO THE SAUCE IS NOT THE SAME. I will be going back to waiting in line for days for the BEST. The atmosphere got a low rating because of the terrifying parking situation. They are lightning fast though.

disappointed. i ordered a turkey hoagy and when i got home i had a sandwich of some mystery meat that was salty, looked like ham but was definitely not turkey. first time and last time going to this place. how hard is it to make a turkey hoagy? to give the right order? to busy to drive back but never again

Love this place!!??? The regular hoagies, steak hoagies, I prefer the combination. Don’t sleep on that grilled chicken sandwich??? if you want to switch up.. try it!!

Got here at 540pm Sunday and the doors was locked and the lady said they closed .
The wait in line was so slow I left and went to Taurus in Dolton about 10 blocks away.
