The quality of the food is the reason for such a low rating. As far as the "Sweet Steak Sandwich," you can tell it's the cheapest steak they could find, the bread literally disintegrates before you can get halfway through the sandwich, & there are loads of diced fat served in it, which doesn't make for a good sandwich. I'll pass on the skinny fries as well. It doesn't compare to Home of the Hoagy & NO THE SAUCE IS NOT THE SAME. I will be going...
All these comments with one star reviews are lies. I swear people nowadays can’t appreciate great food! The Italian beef here is delicious! Everything on the menu is just right for the price. The hoagies always hit different when on a lunch break or during overtime hours. The staff here are respectful and knowledgeable.
