overall, the food is always good and filling! the customer service just needs more kindness and courtesy!!! the chuncky young lady (puerto rican) taking orders with curly hair and long lashes has a terrible attitude!!!
The quality of the food is the reason for such a low rating. As far as the "Sweet Steak Sandwich," you can tell it's the cheapest steak they could find, the bread literally disintegrates before you can get halfway through the sandwich, & there are loads of diced fat served in it, which doesn't make for a good sandwich. I'll pass on the skinny fries as well. It doesn't compare to Home of the Hoagy & NO THE SAUCE IS NOT THE SAME. I will be going...
