They cut off/delete rib tips off the menu on Uber Eats every other day (I have tried for 3 days in a row to order). There is no phone number to actually speak with someone to even confirm if they actually have tips or not if I decided to pick some up. Very frustrating.

Pork rib tips were a bit tough,needed to be cooked at slower rate & longer time. This was the 2nd time they were like that ! Rib tips it the are cooked properly they should at the almost falling off the bone point but not burnt up!

Was told that the food was great what a let down first the good it didn’t take long to get my order the people behind the counter were friendly the package seemed to be a good amount of food now the BAD ,WAIT THE the sauce was good I ordered a small link and tip the links were cooked till thy were drying out and the tips were just plain out burnt to a crisp and tough but it was covered with the sauce which was good buyers be were I was told that the food was great and it was far from that hands down Grade F

Food is great (when you can get it) it’s expected to wait on the food when it’s packed but 40-45 minutes is excessive to me and 3 outta the 4 times I’ve been there I was told it’s and 1-2hr wait on Pork Tips!! Just seems like with it being a BBQ place the BBQ should be ready or someone should’ve noticed 1-2hrs prior that more tips were needed ??♂️

I ordered a Large Turkey ribs and hot link combo, everytime I get a hot link, I am not happy I would go else where for my links. Yes the sauce taste good, the food is good, but they are very very stingy with the fries and I love fries. They give you a bowl, I would rather have a tray. I Always get a large regular pork rib, but I will try the turkey ribs on Indiana and I love the hot links there in Riverdale. This was maybe my third time this past friday, ordering from them, same think disappointed with my links, first time ordering turkey ribs, were good, alot of small pieces and little fries of course, I ordered a cup of greens for $5.00, get home and No greens, something told me to check my bag but that was my fault. I looked up the restaurant, there is a number but you're unable to speak to anyone, they send you a link if you have a problem with your food, to send them an email, still haven't got a response and it's Sunday. Will I go back, maybe and be prepared, like i was with the limited fries. I still will go else where if I want more fries and hot links. Just order a side of fries I guess.
