You know it's going to be good when they leave a roll of paper towels at the table. Best ribeye sandwich i'vr had in years. Cajun mayo was the right choice with the fries.

I got the catfish, loved the crust on it. My husband got the wings. I never tried spicy mustard but that I like 👍 family owned would def recommend

It's a small town restaurant that's got awesome food and friendly staff. Best catfish I've ever ate in my life. They make their own dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries that I believe it would taste good on anything. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be bringing my own crue back so they can try out their delicious food.

The preformers were great this evening, mostly friendly people in the area, can't speak about any food, as I didn't receive any food (I did order but there was a mishap and I didn't receive it, no ones fault and they didn't charge for anything I didn't get), the kitchen looked clean and organized from what I saw of it from the door area. Drinks were good and cold.

Dude. The proprietor sat down at the table, changed what we wanted to order as per his advice. Solid. Effin bison burger!?! Bru. Dude. Fr. Homemade banana pepper mustard. So good. Couldn't have stopped at a cooler spot! Can't wait to run through the menu! Really wanted the wings or the ribeye sammich... Talked me into the bison, burger w gouda. Eff me it was sooooo good.. 10 out of 10 would Def recommend if yiu find yourself in the middle of dongola Illinois. Get at it. Putter patter bruv! Cannot wait to visit again!

The only thing better than the hospitality is the food. My son and I dropped in for lunch after a hike. We immediately felt like family by everyone in the building. Had smiles on our faces the entire time we were there. The world needs more places and people like this.

Glad we finally tried this place out. Such a little gem. One of the owners came over and sat down went over the menu, asked if we had any questions. Just great hospitality. We both had the Italian Beef and baked beans. Both were very flavorful. The beans are not typical baked beans and are definitely a must try. We will definitely go back!

I called in and order for 2 surf and turf Saturday night picked it up hands down best steak and shrimp we've had in ages we will be back don't miss out on this great food!

I try to eat here every time I'm in the area. They are so friendly. All of the entrees are crafted with care. The cheesecakes are to die for. Fun folks and great service. Dongola is so lucky to have a place like this.
