What a great place to play live! Everyone was smiling, laughing, dancing, or singing all night. This crowd loves Punk Rock Bingo!

Wonderful place excellent selections food, Guinness, and music always able to hear the music well. Music booking agent is wonderful too. Sound system is stellar.Julia is wonderful waitress and standard strings have been phenomenal every Sunday night with folk and Irish music.

Our organization held a fundraiser on a Tuesday night for 80+ people and had various moving parts. The staff was super helpful, flexible, and committed to making our event a success.

Ballydoyle staff went above and beyond - that's who they are!

The staff and management also coordinated seamlessly with the staff at Cadence Kitchen who catered food for the event. (This speaks highly of both restaurants and their collaborative, community spirit!).

Definitely go there for lunch, dinner, drinks, to listen to music and/or to host your parties and gatherings! We love Ballydoyle!

If you're in the mood for a pint in downtown Downers Grove, this place is a must. With great atmosphere and decent food, its a nice place to hang out or have events. Plenty of seating and lots of charm.

food was incredible. however, had a waitress make eye contact with me while she vaped in the restaurant behind the bar. she also passed our table multiple times and it seemed intentionally didn't look our way. very disappointed as this was our first visit, and like I said, food was phenomenal.... not sure if we will be back.

We hosted a private event at Ballydoyle Irish Pub in Downers Grove, and it was fantastic! What a great spot—restaurant and pub vibes on point. The food was solid, drinks were on time, and honestly the people here are cool as hell. Laid-back, welcoming, just good energy all around. Easily five stars. 100%. Will definitely be back. 🍻

First time here and we really enjoyed it. We went for lunch and only had appetizers..... they were well priced and delicious. Love that they support the Arts and kids....we saw a band playing from School of Rock and they were great! There's street parking and a public lot a few doors down. They have outdoor and indoor seating. I'm sure this place is great on the weekend.
