So I cannot ever order here again. The BWW app took my order and sent it to this location that was actually closed and would fulfill my order I n the morning at 10:30am. So I call and actually got someone.
I asked if they could refund and the girl said she cant i would have to call back, I would have to call back, me, in the morninh amd talk to a manager.
Here is where two things are truel:
You should not be working there if you cant issue a refund.
BWW has no business taking app orders if they can't figure out which stores are closed and CANT ISSUE REFUNDS. I am so done with amateur hour. So never got my money back ... nothing. Out the cash the store doesn't care. Oh cant even cancel the order on the app. Just done, like seriously cant deal with shitty service everywhere.
UPDATE: LOL. See below how even an owner struggles on just simply issuing a refund for an inadequate app design. Not a not of hey we got you. I will get you refunded right away. No its here fill this out. Now worth my $20 refund... a joke of a store, owner and corporation. Keep my money.

Great wings as usual! Technically a take out but there is seating and TVs playing sports. Fast and friendly service!

Went to Downers Grove B-Dubs on 1-18 to watch the bears game. Got there at 425 PM and got our apps at 437. Ordered 15 wings at 450. At 530 we still didn't get the wings so we asked for them to go. At 540 we asked how much longer the waitress said it'll still be awhile. We noticed other people were getting their wings and they came in after us. We also noticed that the hostess was talking to our waitress and looking at us. We felt that we were singled out because we had to wait so long while others were eating. We asked for a refund since we had paid already. They said they would refund the card. Needless to say,we left hungry. We even had to ask for plates since we didn't get any with our apps. We just sat and watched as our waitress helped everyone else. Horrible service which is probably overseen by mgmt. We'll never go back to this B-Dubs again. Or any other location since they're probably the same.

Gave me the wrong order. Put my order tag on someone else's order and I drove back home. Only realized once I got home. Had to drive all the way back. How hard can it be to provide the correct order?

Last night I placed an online order. Apparently I submitted it for the next day. I drove to the location. I showed my order and the girl working said it was ordered for the following morning at 10:30am. Not 10:30pm in the evening. I obviously didn’t want it the next morning. I asked her to cancel it, she explained she couldn’t and that I would have to call the following morning. No problem, she was very pleasant. I called 7 times. No one ever answered the phone. The mail box is full.

I ordered back on Oct13th - I had a terrible experience. I was given the run around when I asked for a supervisor due to my food not being made how I ordered or called and instructed them to make it. Me and my girlfriend reached out to the store a handful of times after the order was placed Muhmood (manager) promised to refund and it was never received.
The store employees have bad attitude including the other manager Moe and I still haven’t been able to contact Muhmood since..
This was terrible business overall.

Do NOT eat at this location. We ordered from here on Oct 13 and our wings were super dry to the point we didn’t know which flavor was which. I then proceeded to call the store and was greeted by one of the employees with “what do you need?”. After speaking with a manager, Muhammad, I was told that I would be refunded in the next few business days. It is now Oct. 29th and I still do not have the refund. I called back today to speak with the manager again (Moe), and the manager then tells me that he could not refund the order because he is not the general manager. After I ask him for the corporate’s phone number (since all the employees have been rude), he proceeds to yell “WHAT?” through the phone. Keep in mind, I was not once rude to him, so the fact that their employees are rude is very uncalled for. I will be reaching out to corporate; not only for a refund, but to also make them aware of the problems at their Downer’s Grove location.
Not sure who was working around 10pm on 10/20/2025, but the whole crew should be fired. Wings look like they were put in the box and a pint of sauce dumped over them and then the box shaken up. Both sets of wings were the same. If you don’t like your job, find a different one.

Unbelievably bad! I ordered a pick up order at the Downers Grove, IL (Ogden Ave.) location. The wait time for the order was a hour, when i arrived at the exact pick up time, my order had never been made and the staff told me they had thrown out all other orders. Which left me no where else to order from. The staff said they could probably refund my money in 3-5 days, for an order they never even made and seem to expect I would just pay for without it ever being fulfilled. This is my first negative google review and I feel uncomfortable writing it but it had to be written to hopefully avoid others from being subjected to the same neglect of an uncaring business. I did leave them my contact info to hopefully make things right. Update they never made contact with me and they never refunded my money.
