3rd time visiting this place and today i must say I was unhappy.. food was subpar. Waiter only came to the table twice.... also had gnats flying around our food... safe to say this will be my last time visiting this particular location.... nothing about my experience makes me want to revisit...

Food was amazing but the customer service was horrible. During the whole meal our server only came once to check if we needed anything. My husband had to ask another server for his drink to be refilled. Yet still have the audacity to charge a big gratitude fee.

I had the worst experience here. I had arrived late when they where about to close and got treated so bad wrong food order and waiter and female employee was trying to kick me out of there after I spend 60 dollars on my meal that was wrong. Not worth going to this place there not friendly at all just rude food is gross……….

The food was good but the service was terrible. All of the employees were on their phones and my sever didn’t even talk most of the time. This was very disappointing but at least we ate good.
They seated myself and my family next to a table of loud obnoxious people. Food was warm, food below average.. service was ok. won't be back.

My experience was with tacos ( asada and fish) , the fish tacos were a joke, the fish looked like the fish frozen fillet boxes packed from the supermarket, and also very cooked ( over fried), they tacos fish came with rice and fried beans , in my opinion the fish tacos need served with salad coleslaw maybe they can served less beans and rice. The Tacos asada , the meat, was over grilled .

If I could give this restaurant a zero, I would. We went there on Saturday (table for 2) around 8:00 and we were seated right away. There were only about 5 other tables in the restaurant so pretty slow. We did get greeted with chips and salsa right away and that was it. Two other tables got sat right by us and they were both greeted within about a minute of sitting down by their server (2 different servers for each) and still no one came to our table. We waited about another 10 minutes and ended up just leaving. The other table even had their drinks by the time we left. Very poorly run restaurant and will not be returning.

Horrible experience. Gnats flying around and I was carded for my drink when my other friends weren’t and they ordered drinks too. Also, the way they split the bill was horrible and they added an additional charge for a drink we didn’t order and we needed it removed. Luckily we found it and brought it up but the experience just was not good. We were overcharged and not worth it.
Staff is great but the heater is not on at all and the restaurant is freezing!! Poor staff have to work like this. Does anyone know where I can report this issue to the city? I feel so bad for the staff. It's not the first time I go and the heater is not on!! This happened twice last year too!!

She was so skilled at getting our food quickly, refilling drinks and coffee without being asked, and clearing off the table quickly. She had a lovely personality and was very engaging. I had my birthday dinner here this past week and everything was good. I had the Carne a la Tampiqueña and it was delicious. It was a Monday so it was pretty empty. The Ultimate Margarita was just right for my taste. The only complain would be that the Queso wasn't very melted so it was tricky to get it with the chips.
