Food was amazing but the customer service was horrible. During the whole meal our server only came once to check if we needed anything. My husband had to ask another server for his drink to be refilled. Yet still have the audacity to charge a big gratitude fee.
We had the best server I’ve ever had in my dining experience. Her attention to our table was spot on. She was so skilled at getting our food quickly, refilling drinks and coffee without being asked, and clearing off the table quickly. She had a lovely personality and was very engaging. I had my birthday dinner here this past week and everything was good. I had the Carne a la Tampiqueña and it was delicious. It was a Monday so it was pretty empty. The Ultimate Margarita was just right for my taste. The only complain would be that the Queso wasn't very melted so it was tricky to get it with the chips.
