We have generally liked Chili’s but the last two times the salad has shrunk and they leave off toppings. There is no pico degallo and no guacamole. Plus it is a tiny salad i hadn’t realized lettuce was in such short supply.

I came to this Chili’s for a to go order and had a disappointing experience. I didn’t receive a receipt with my order, and when I tasted the food in my car and realized I didn’t like it, I went back inside to return it. The manager on duty, Jerry, told me the refund would go back to my card in 5–7 days, but he didn’t enter anything into the system. He only asked for my name and the last four digits of my card number. As someone who comes to Chili’s often, this felt very unprofessional and left me unsure whether my refund is actually being processed. I hope this location improves its customer service and refund procedures because this experience was frustrating.

First time here Got the mozzarella sticks it was cold cheese was grainy and mushy no cheese pull at all also got a quesadilla and there was grease all over my fingers after grabbing it and the cheese was all burnt and hard won’t be coming back to chillis

Go in for a Veterans meal . They bring my appetizer out halfway through my burger. They are appetizer to save your hunger. They are not made to be served after your entree. When I complained that was the last time I seen my waitress . What a joke .

Chili’s seems to work very hard to send you back to better times. Complete meal for $10.99. Kids meal $7 with a drink a great options. Thanks for letting our family eat out sometimes still; and, the service was awesome! Friendly, comfortable, great service, affordable, I am so glad these places are still around. My burger was cooked great and I had 5+ Coke Zeros. Mac and cheese and chocolate milk. <$10 a person. 👌👍

Had a steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The broccoli was cold and hard. Normally at the other locations I been in and I order this same plate the broccoli is steamed. They have a new Nachos with chicken plate that my wife had and it was salty. I think I they use sharp cheddar on it which makes it salty.
Services was a bit slow, but it was no fault of our server. She was very attentive. Maybe not enough help in the kitchen?
We were disappointed in the changes made in the menù. We ALWAYS ordered classic nachos and they are no longer offered. Not a good move.

The chicken bacon ranch nachos looked nothing like the picture. They just threw a few tiny pieces of chicken on top of some chips and charged $16.99 for it. I only took a few bites, packed up a big to go box, and brought it home but I really don’t like it. The chicken doesn’t even taste real, it’s like that fake Subway chicken mixed with fillers to save money. And for some reason the chips are burned even though our entrée chips were a nice light brown, I don’t understand that either. I think I’ll just throw it out.

I had order here recently and probably will not bother with this location again. I'm a really understanding and chill person but the thing is, it was thing after another regarding my order. I was told they were out of the items I ordered and I agreed to substitutions with no problem but there was many issues. Plus they also forgot to add the soups my husband and I ordered and the soups were for my grandmother because she's a picky eater so that sucked she didn't get to eat. And there's more. They were out of a more expensive vegetable I ordered and I agreed to substitution but they didn't refund me the difference and the broccoli was very hard and raw overall so I couldn't give any to my toddler. Then they ran out of flavoring for the drinks so we agreed to another flavor available and the teas were literally water pretty much and no flavor at all which we requested, we ended up just pouring them down the sink. Then my pasta was very mushy which it was clearly overcooked and it didn't taste as good or like it normally does from other locations, something seemed different. Microwave meal pasta would have been the same or just should have cooked it myself. And lastly, my son's pizza so mushy and humid, it just fell apart pretty much. I hate to sound like a Karen but I seriously tried to be cool about there being some issues and then out of things but it's not hard to atleast flavor tea instead of giving us weird tasting water and literally so many issues. My grandmother was really sad about her soups. A tad disappointed. The delivery driver was great though and I will say atleast the wait wasn't long. I could understand if the food sat out a long time to be in that condition but it didn't, the delivery driver was there waiting for it and we live close so.....and it was not warm despite him having it in a temperature control bag. The driver was polite and professional but it seemed the restaurant just wanted to rush and be careless. I paid a decent amount and feel it was mistake. Maybe things will be better in the future.
