I eat, sleep and breathe Chili's. I love the environment I love the vibe and I love the people overall I'm thankful for this company. I recommend the three for me but I love everything on the menu the salmon π, steamed broccoli π₯¦ π, ribs π, steak π, molten cake π, skillet cookie π, fajitas π, and last but not least bottomless chips and salsa π.

Host was polite and observant. Servers were attentive and working as a team, a gentleman asked if I needed anything even though he was not my server :) The only reason I'm giving it a 2 Star is because the general manager had a problem granting me a seat away from the crowd. The staff understood the need for my request. However, Aaran the manager on shift is the reason I would not return there or recommend.

Tuesday the 18th at 8pm. First and foremost, in the end,the man kept apologizing. So I know for a fact they were all in the wrong.Thank you to that man who acknowledged they messed up. We walk in, they all looked at us. We stood there, decided to seat ourselves since they continued their loud conversation. My friend went back to the car,took her time finding a charger. Meanwhile ,one of the waitresses walked passed me. Over 5mins later ,my friend walked back in. Still they all look over and don't say anything. Knowing its been over 10mins waiting, we decide we will not be eating at Chilli's. We walk up to the group of employees still talking and the lady still yelling and laughing super loud. I told them it was all very unprofessional. The man walks around the back counter continuesly apologizing about no one taking our order. I don't know if they were kids but they all acted like it, arguing who was going to take our order 2hours before closing. Everyone needs better training. As a restaurant,that night was unacceptable.

I would definitely come back to this Chili's. The food was great and our waitress did a great job. One thing that stood out to me was how outdated the inside looks. They need some upgrades. Outside is very nice.
But overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed the food.

Hadn't been here in a while, I was pleased with everything.
Our Chili's in Homer Glen closed. :( So we had to go to this location in Downers Grove. We had a great experience thanks to our bartender, They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The drinks were perfect. Highly recommend visiting and sitting at the bar for excellent service!"

I, overall, enjoyed lunch with 3 great friends. Food was very good. Had the "3 for me". However, I have to say, although our server was very polite, every single thing, from getting seated, to getting menus, getting water, and getting our food, took FOREVER!! I can get good food, many places. Chili's wasn't busy!! For lunch to take 2 hours, was ridiculous. I will not be back, to that Chili's, ever again.
