Do not go here unless you place an online order. I stood in line along with 10 others for 15min watching them do online orders. I had to finally say something. They initially responded we have online orders. Finally, I beleive the manager said lets take care of those in line as the line was about to go out the door. Go across the street to the real taco joint for better service.

Came here during peace lunch hours - my bowl was so good! Everything was fresh & tasted great. Best chipotle I’ve had in a long while! 10/10

Worst Chipotle in the history of their existence. They are skimpy with the items, are not attentive at all to customers and all the workers have attitude issues. Like you are bothering them by coming in to get food, LOL. You need to clean house here. Matter of fact, just close it down.

Horrible service, I was trying to be polite and ask about the pico (they were putting some in the trash) the lady working (wereing a wig serving at 7:55 for manger to note of) the lady responded with silence and a rude stare once they fixed the pico she ignored my request for a half scoop and strained instead she just put a scoop on it angrily. Not to mention she was rude in conversation and it wasn’t just for me it was like that for me and my group of 4. Chipotle fix this cuase I now I do not want to come back.

Worst experience I had at this location. The counter tops were messy with food thrown around, I had to keep repeating myself because of the guy in the kitchen throwing around the metal containers and the guys preparing my bowl were very unwelcoming and not to mention they barely had enough food left to make my bowl full. I had to pay for this tiny amount of guac and a large bag of chips since they didn’t have any of the regular size left. I am so disappointed from this experience.

First time here. What I do not like is when the person preparing the food has to be asked to change their gloves, then he tries to only change one hand and the person on the register tries to finish putting my my meal together and tries to use the same gloves that he takes money with. Tables were dirty, I was the ONLY customer. Rice was a bit over cooked.

Man…. If I was the manager I would really consider what I’m doing running this store. Food is garbage trash constantly I keep trying to give them a shot but food is trash here. Runny bowls/burritos tons of juice. I ordered a bowl today it was like soup.Bowl was swimming in black bean juice 2nd time I had to toss the food. Gross location!!!

Hit or miss.mostly miss at this location. Latest buy was a loss and smack in the face when I got skimmed on every ingredient and I was one of the first customers as it had just opened. The containers will full yet the kid underserved me on everything like it they were running outta money. Add to it he gives me more sour cream than steak and corn combined.

Have been there before and saw them serve the way I've seen a trainer tell them was tbe proper way to scoop. Had hairs in a bowl from another location so hesitated before buying here. Going to go back to making homemade bowls and not worry about these guys with soft wrists.
