This place is ok. The quality and quantity has gone down. I don’t mind the quantity so much as it does make me full. The quality is more important to me. I would like to see more organic products and vegan products.

There is only 6 damn chips in my bag. Not the 1st time this has happened, What the actual hell. Also couldn't use a reward because of a minimum ? Doesn't say anything on it on the reward. Chicken is gross here!!!

The Chipotle on Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove is pretty average. The food is consistent with what you’d expect from Chipotle—tasty and fresh, but nothing extraordinary. The service can be hit or miss; sometimes it’s quick and efficient, but other times the line moves slowly, even when it’s not that busy. Parking can be a hassle since there are limited spaces, especially during peak hours. The dining area could also be cleaner. It’s a decent spot to grab a quick meal, but there’s room for improvement in both speed and upkeep. Solid for a quick burrito fix, but not much beyond that.

The food was okay, but the attendant was so unfriendly (Alex), I hope with msg the people who works there improve their service and their attitude.

I asked for a taco with hard shells in a bowl, and extra meat the server had an attitude and did not want to add extra meat, extra vegetables. The manager she had a nasty attitude when I asked for my tacos to be fixed a certain way. I will not come back here.

Dante is a rockstar!! He is a great ambassador for Chipotle & they are fortunate to have him. He went above & beyond to accommodate a high maintenance order & customer service was as great as it can get!! Thank you!!!

They have a new Brisket meat that is delicious. The staff was great and very helpful when asking questions. I even got to taste the new menu item before I ordered it. The manager had a dishonest customer playing games trying to get free food. I was impressed how he handled the situation!

Friendly young staff with upbeat class.

Vegetarian options: I myself normally get the bowl with meat. HOWEVER after I add a lot of there options to my over heaping meal Take The MEAT away and you have an amazing ? veggie bowl.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not only do they have parking, an outside ramp and tables inside if you want to enjoy your meal.

It was ok but staff kept using swear words in front of customers and took a while to be attended to.

I came in for two kids meals. I noticed how dirty the place was.. fine I’m not eating/we’re not eating inside anways.. I get up to the food counter and I see some food had been cross contaminated.. I tried to quietly point it out so I don’t make a scene..expecting them to fix that cause I’m pretty sure you can’t do that. And I was treated horribly.. they rolled their eyes and scuffed and acted like I was being a problem. I decided to just leave and as I did they said bye in a loud mocking fashion.. I was appalled. Plus one of the kids I was buying a meal for can’t eat meat because he can’t digest it.. I was just trying to help. I reached out to chipotle but never heard back. So now I’m posting here.

Have ordered online twice in the last 6 months, both times showed up and order was not ready. Workers cannot strike a balance of making online orders and orders for walk-ins.
