We had a very unpleasant experience with our lunch take out order today. Half of our order was someone's else food and the the part of the order that we received was all wrong (there was no meat on some, there were missing toppings and some have wrong topping on). When we went back with the wrong items and asked for our order to be remade, the manager agreed and started to remake our order. When, I thank the young female employee for helping us, I got nothing but an attitude. It is unfortune that I had to spend my whole lunch trying to correct someone's else mistake so my coworkers could eat their lunch and get an attitude in return. Moreover, when I brought the order back some items were still incorrect and missing toppings. Not sure how is this possible, but I will definitely think twice before ordering take out order from them ever again.

This place is always understaffed, overloaded with online orders and long wait times if you're standing in line. I can't tell you how many times I've been here where there are only 2 people working the line. One is serving food and the other is working the cash register. This place consistently underperforms.

One of the better locations I've been to. That said, they really need to figure out a better way to handle the online orders. We waited for over 40min in the store. Turn off online orders temporarily or throttle them and take care of your customers in the store. The side (online/back) service line wasn't even being used... add a couple employees if needed. Hard workers in this store, they just need some help or guidance from the GM.

Will not be coming back. Front cashier woman blonde hair, white girl had one mean attitude and damn near threw my food across the counter. Talked so quick and irritated like i couldnt even understand her. Will NOT be returning to this location. If you want you or your food to be treated with respect, this is not the location. Go somewhere else.
Perfect, one of the employees were very nice, they even told me my IP address after I forgot it!!! They even asked for my credit card information and then started to buy me gifts!! So nice of them, will be coming back! PS I was trying to relive my self in the sink and it clogged.Parking: One of the parking spaces are a little dirty after a took a dump after closing hours. It was the only place I could go number 2 at.
