Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle is Chipotle. We came in around quarter to 9 PM and they were already trying to close up. Um, hours are posted that they close at 10 PM. I’m not sure why they’re being lazy and trying to go home early. There was another customer that came in after us. Usually, I go to Taco Maya, which is a little further down. Their customer service is better and they don’t try to close early. Food at Chipotle was decent.

Danny was our server and he was very welcoming and provided a great experience for us. I usually come here but this time the visit felt more welcoming than usual. Im looking forward to my next visit!

Do not try to use these awful people for catering. I ordered for a work event last week yesterday without even calling me they emailed me our order was cancelled. When I first called I was told someone called to cancel WRONG. I called back and was told they didn’t have any drivers. I reordered for pickup and at 7am they called me to say they didn’t have enough staff. I was then forced to scramble to find another venue.

The meal was tasty, however the food violently disagreed with my wife and I. We believe it was possibly sour cream.

My wife and I love Chipotle but this location was one of the worst experiences we've encountered!! The manager had attitude when I let them know our order was messed up! The eye rolling and talking under their breaths was so rude! We will not be coming back to this specific one. No apologies nor accountability. The male name was Emilio and the woman's name started with an S. I don't remember her name sorry.

Girls working up front were great today but chef, please don’t overcook the new carne asada. It was so overcooked, dry and too tough to chew I had to pitch half of it. :(

Awful experience here. My serving size was for sure minimized by the extremely rude employee that took care of my order. I have no idea what her problem is but I know I didn’t make her pick her job. It’s not my fault. Will be contacting chipotle and discussing my full refund. It was beyond uncomfortable. Pictures to come. Does your medium salsa always have a hint of brown to it? I tried moving the food around to find the steak that barely exists. Or is this normal as well?

service no good, 3 different employees don’t understand what is crispy taco cell and didn’t put FAJITAS on our Veggie bowl order.

Addicted to the burrito bowls. Staff is always friendly.
