Just had the worst experience at Coopers Hawk - Downers Grove. From the time we sat down it took 45 minutes to get our appetizer, and then an additional 55 minutes to get our lunch. Our server, Arielle was just awful - no personality, no apologies for the delay, nothing. The restaurant wasn’t even busy.
