Actually decent for on the go health concious food. Calories listed on the menu. Large bowls range from like 330 kcal to 770 depending on what you get. Small size is obviously less calories.
I enjoy this place a lot! I get the tinga taco bowl every week since I work next door at Jewel. Im not sure if there was a recipe change or if ingredients are missing but today my bowl is extremely bland! Usually its spicy with the red salsa & a lot more tasty! Very disappointed today with how underwhelming it is! Maybe forgot to add salt & spice today??
I went here for the first time not too long ago. The menu was hard to navigate initially but the staff were very helpful, especially when I said I was new. There are plenty of veggies and healthy options. I would suggest this place for lunch!
