the morning crew here is 5 stars, hands down. unfortunately whatever slacker they've hired for the afternoon is now locking the doors/closing drive through by 6:15 pm when posted hours are until 7.

This was a nice quiet Dunkin’, very clean inside. However, I had to take my child to a program 45 minutes from home, so I needed a place to work for several hours. The first day was fine, but the second day, even though I bought a coffee and sat quietly in my corner and never bothered anyone, as I was about to leave a worker told me that I could only sit in the store for 1 hour. The store was empty, it’s not like I was taking up precious table space from other customers. I’m not really sure what it was costing them to have me sitting there quietly doing my work. Oh well, I’m at the Starbucks today. It’s louder, but at least they won’t kick me out. Where is basic human compassion and decency these days?

This is by far the worst dunkin ever. They never have basic donuts like strawberry sprinkle. They are always so rude. They won't even reach out the window to try to meet you halfway to hand you your items. They never give good customer service

Do not buy dunking products they do not give refills on a dunking donut mugs she was rood also Exact words were. We don't fill mugs anymore, but they do solemn to us for what.

If I could give it 0 stars I would I ordered a lemonade ice tea this morning and it taste like coffee and went and got a 2nd one because I hate coffee and it taste like coffee again! This is disgusting

Went through driveway through for a medium black coffee and 10 powdered munchkins. Got everything except powdered munchkins and a coffee with cream in it. Lady in the drive through window has ZERO social skills.
