The coffee in this particular Dunkjn Donuts location is always good: strong and fresh. It never has that watered down taste like in a few other locations in Lombard/Downers Grove area.

M-F im there! I love this place, they always have my drinks made when I arrive and can we talk about their customer service? AMAZING. I’m honestly not a morning person, but the staff puts me in a good mood ?

Staff was rude and condescending while ordering and forgot to turn off the headset so I heard them mutter about the size of my order. Then at the window several younger employees were standing around gossiping while the one actual adult did everything and had to ask them several times to move or hand her something. In this rush they also forgot to give me the one donut that I had ordered first. Everything tasted OK but my son was very upset about not getting his strawberry donut with sprinkles. Awful service just an awful experience. Get breakfast and coffee literally anywhere else.

The people who work here are completely disrespectful to their customers. They are more concerned with having inappropriate conversations with there coworkers than taking care of their customers. I have had this experience both in the drive-thru and while dining in. I would suggest going to the dunkin down the road instead.
