I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years. Yesterday, I ordered online and the app was acting weird. I went in to pick up my order and the young worker asked if I wanted both orders that were placed. I replied, “no, that must have been an error. Can you just refund my app for the 2nd order (they had not started it)? The manager chime in saying, “whatever…” I then said, “what do you mean? That’s an extremely rude response.” She then said, that I would have to call to get it reversed in 3-5 days. I said, “no, I will be back with the police.” She then had her boss on the phone, who was also rude. So, basically out $29.83 and their response, was it was my problem. That’s okay, called my credit card to reverse the charges & now they get to deal with this review. I will drive extra, they will never get another dime from me. 🇺🇸♥️🤍💙

There was only one worker and she rushed everyone's order. I came in at 1:49 and didn't get my things until 2:15, she got the persons order in front of me wrong and they kept correcting her but gave up and left. When I ordered i looked at the receipt and told her I wanted 2 peach refreshers not 1, she ignored my comment and told me she's making it, she comes back and I only got one. I told her I wanted two and after a minute of explaining I wanted 2 not 1 she finally understood and I payed for the second one, she then rushed my second on leaving it with powder and not completed. My first one was fine but the second had a stale powder that even after mixing didn't settle, and it wasn't even full like the other. Not coming back

Rude service. The cashier just hates people and her job. The coffee they make is not hot, but warm! Just don't waste your money, time and nerves on this. I will never buy anything from Dunkin Donuts again!

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee in the morning on the app to get a snack before school. In a rush and only my sandwich ended up being up there no coffee. Thought I could just go after school and get my coffee than. Nope, I was wrong. Came in and the lady working said someone probably took the drink in the morning and that it was my fault. She than proceeded to say I don’t know maybe show up tomorrow morning and it will magically appear. Very rude and never going to come here again. The 2 workers were Indian and ended up speaking their own language which obviously was about me because they started giggling a bit. Never coming back here, and hope you won’t either. All I asked for was the coffee I never got and spent $6 for and they couldn’t do that. Whatever. 0 stars

Was driving through this town stoped for coffee The lady had very bad attitude when I walked in not even smiling it’s like she hated the job Went to use the bathroom it was locked I asked her to buzz me in she said bathroom is not working I said I can use the other one it’s unisex She said I’m alone I can’t I said what I laughed when she said I’m a lone I can’t let in the bathroom Very poor service Not recommend it to anyone .. star

This is probably the filthiest dunkin donut in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I have visited this place one too many times but have notified the owners to properly clean their tables, empty out their trash and also serve dunkin products that align well with dunkin quality across the same stores in the area. My recent experience was pretty much the last straw, I do not plan to visit this place again and am just forced to have to write this review since the customer service and the attitude of this store is probably the worst of all dunkins I have been to in my neighborhood area.
