This is the worst DD ever. Service is awful. Slow. Very slow. Not polite. No sense of customer service at all. They don't have their shit together. I hate coming here. And I don't think I will ever again even though it's so close. Just always a poor experience.

First and last time I stop by this store , I plan on getting a coffee I walk in there a line I decide I’m going to used the restroom while they serve the other customers, their bathroom is locked I ask them if I can use it and the cashier says no I need to purchase something first, I explained that I was going to get a coffee but first I needed to used the restroom, she wouldn’t open the door till I got my coffee man how this makes sense I’m buying food and walking within into the restroom???? I had to ask the other nice lady who speaks Spanish if I could leave my coffee while using the restroom

Customer service here is terrible, staff is always so busy on their phones then getting peoples orders done. The amount of people that place an online order just for it to not be ready because they are too busy on their cellphone. Stay away from this location the staff there is also so rude they should really look into new staff.

I was SO excited to try the Bacon Jam grilled cheese today.. but NOOOOO you guys had to put egg instead of cheese in my sandwich and now I’m too depressed to eat it. THANKS A LOT. 😢💔 I love dunkin but this is the last time I let you guys mess up my food im so heartbroken.

Employees at this location don’t know how to make a simple cappuccino. They gave me foamed milk saying it has espresso shot. Just look at the color. Disappointing :(

I visited for the first time since moving to the area and was pleased with how clean and inviting the place looked. I ordered a coffee and a sausage, egg, and croissant sandwich. While waiting, I took a sip of my coffee and noticed it didn’t taste quite like my usual order—but that was fine since it was my first visit, and I figured I’d just need to adjust.
When my sandwich was ready, I noticed it didn’t include sausage. Thinking it might’ve been a mix-up, I politely asked about it. However, the staff member who took my order immediately became defensive and insisted that’s what I ordered. I apologized and clarified that I had ordered the sausage version, but she continued to insist it was my mistake. Instead of offering to help me reorder (I would’ve gladly paid the difference), she seemed disinterested and dismissive.
Unfortunately, that left me with a sour first impression, and I don’t plan to return.
Also, I ordered it with white cheese and I paid extra for white cheese and they gave me yellow....does this look appetizing? I didn't think so either.

Very rude staff I asked for a large iced matcha latte which I asked for less ice but yet they filled it to 70% with ice but asking upon why this much ice the whole staff was very rude and said that’s their Dunkin and their rules. I’ve never seen any dunkin with such strange rules and had very worst experience. At the end they didn’t even serve me.

The two ladies who worked today at 10 am helped me remake my coffee after I wasn’t happy with my first and I really appreciate their time and care towards my satisfaction. They work very hard and I appreciate them
Honestly the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to! No drive thru, rude staff, bacon was undercooked. The only Dunkin I've ever had not butter my bagel, which is fine...I don't mind doing it myself. But when I asked for another tiny container of butter they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and I should have had to pay extra for it. Will never go to this one ever again.

Ordered a large iced tea with no ice. They only filled it 2/3 of the way because the other third would be ice. Iced tea is basically water that’s been run over a teabag. Just like ice is water. This is just being really cheap. Cutting every possible corner. But the employee there said that is the store policy. Now I know better than to try to outsmart them. The problem is the ice melts and dilutes the tea.

This lady that was working there rolled her eyes at me and my friend when we asked politely to warm up a croissant. My friend then proceeded to say thank you and I’m sorry and she said nothing. She has a horrible attitude and I do not recommend going there.

There was a worker who was very snobby and rolled her eyes at me and my friend who asked if we could toast a croissant. We were nothing but nice to her, and we even apologized for asking to heat up our croissant, and she didn’t even acknowledge that we did. I am very disappointed in the service, but the food was good.

Went in with my gf and she ordered a medium regular strawberry dragon fruit refresher which is made with green tea and the southeast Asian worker gave her the lemonade refresher. She went up to tell them she ordered a regular refresher with the green tea and they just said that the regular is made with both green tea and lemonade. They gave attitude when telling her and refused to remake the drink for her.
