When I was leaving the other customer was outside and said shame on that Manager or Owner.This person needs anger management classes. Go get help. May 5 at 8:44 am. I used to go to this Dunkin’ daily, but , today when I got a wrong sandwich and I drove back to exchange it .the lady in the front accused me of giving a wrong order atleast 5 times! Never going there
They are out of donuts most of the times.Recently I went on national donut day and they were out of donuts. So I was given coupons for free donut. The next day I went to claim my donuts and the lady enquired very rudely where I got the coupons and when I said that it was her who gave me, she gave me a weird look and then handed me the bag. When I opened it the donut was stale and very hard.

I placed a mobile order online last night and received a receipt and confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up at 6:45, the store was closed with a handwritten sign "closed at 5". I came back the next day to retrieve the order that I paid for and they REFUSED to give it to me. I offered my receipt and all. Their excuse was "we don't have your ticket" and "we closed at 6 or 7 yesterday", although they are set to close at SEVEN. In actuality, they close at EIGHT. I made it clear to them that I saw the sign said they closed at 5, didn't appreciate that bald-faced lie, and asked to speak to a manager but there was "no manager on duty" at the time. I'm still yet to receive my order or compensation ...
