Growing up in Downers Grove, Every Day's A Sundae was always a staple. This summer, we visited over 4 times, only to experience subpar service and mediocre ice cream each time. If you are going to charge $5 for two scoops, at least provide a cup that isn't meant for mouthwash and a spoon that doesn't bend at a 90 degree angle. I will take my money to Oberweis or Andy's going forward.

I feel bad for the people who had to applied to work here.
The ice cream is great, I would definitely go here more often if they didn’t have the flimsiest spoons in the world.
Prices were nice and the ice cream choices were plenty. Hard to choose all looked good

Great stop on the train. Grab some ice cream and enjoy the cute downtown area. The staff is friendly and provides generous portions at a lower cost than other ice cream shops.

For between $6 and $7 for a chocolate soda (it is on the menu) you are ripping off your customers and/or not training your staff. This is not the first time, but it was the last. He fills up the soda cup a little over half full. One scoop of ice cream, one pump of chocolate syrup. Somehow AGAIN even tho it was about 2/3 full, he managed to mess up the outside of the cup. No whip cream even though I asked for it. You shouldn’t even HAVE to ask for it anyway. Unbelievably poor representation, quanity, and attitude.
Always Good Time’s here & the Ice Cream is the BEST!

Tried to stop in for the first time. The young man looked at me and walked off. No words, not welcome, not hello, not just a moment... I decided to go in front of the register. He came in my direction for something, made eye contact, but still silence. I waited a few minutes and still nothing. I walked out.

Me and My Daughter Came In Today To Enjoy a Sundae Together, we ended up splitting a Hot Fudge Brownie Specialty Sundae. The Brownie Was So Stale It Was Not Edible. A complete waste of my $10 because we ended up throwing it away after i asked if i could buy another brownie that was fresher and was told that she would have to make a new batch because she gave me last brownie left from the old batch. I am very disappointed and i feel if i was another race i wouldn’t have been given just anything but i will be sure not to spend my money here again.
So many flavors! Loved the Mackinac Island Fudge with Milky Way.
Traditional ice cream shop with many varieties of ice creams and cones. They have some non-dairy options, so everyone can be included. There are also some shakes and basic pastries available. Prices are reasonable. Only major downside for me is that almost all of the ice creams seem to be loaded with synthetic food coloring.
