The atmosphere is great. I love the old, classic restaurant feel with the wood and dim lighting. Giordano's, by far, is one of the best pizza places. The sauce is delicious, and it is the perfect amount of cheese. The appetizers are delicious with a choice of several different dipping sauces. The pasta and garlic bread are great too. The food came out in a timely manner even for deep dish pizza. They offer beer and alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is great for families but also would be a nice place for couples. It's a relaxing atmosphere. The area is very nice as well. Downtown Downers Grove is always lovely for walking around. You can make a whole night of it. There is accessible parking in the parking garage just around the corner.

It was a random Tuesday night so I wasn't expecting them to be busy, but there were only 3 tables occupied. Food was awesome. We got the sample appetizer and the deep dish meat. we only had 3 people in our party and they wouldn't let us split the check at all which was odd.

Pizza had barly any sauce, wasn't as hot for how close I am. The Mariana doesn't taste like Mariana for the cheesy breadsticks.
The lady on the phone who took my order was one of the kindest people to take my order. The delivery driver was on time and very nice as well.

We ordered the pizza, sampler, and tiramisu for delivery, and all of them were delicious!
The delivery was a bit ahead of schedule, which was great because we were HUNGRY!
The only slight issue was that they forgot to bring us any utensils or napkins, but luckily Bobbie was prepared and had some in her purse.
Highly recommend them for some great tasting food!

I am from Houston so I had to get the deep dish meat pizza, and I was not disappointed. I really enjoyed the sausage underneath the cheese and the edges of the crust were nice and crispy. The service was prompt and friendly but the lack of parking was a bit frustrating.
