I ordered a carry out for my family of 4. Very disappointed the pizza was so very hard crust and dry burnt cheese.Even the order of calamari was oily and tough has nails. We spent over $100.00 badly spent. Pizza was very dry and hard crust Calamari oily and rubbery Beef sandwich was actually the best item ( juicy and nice size) Greek salad just okay plus iceberg lettuce Pizza was the big disappointment - off my list and won’t be a returning customer

Excellent value for the price and really good pizza. Of course it takes a little while to bake fresh deep dish pizza but it was well worth the wait. Across the street. People were in line for Charlie Sheen signing his new autobiography. What a site to see.

I’ve not been to this Giordano‘s in Downers Grove in a while, I was warned by a friend who lives in Downers Grove that it’s gone downhill, and she was right, food and service was just awful. It’s worth driving another 15 minutes to the Giordanos Willowbrook location for a good pizza and service, would not recommend Downers Grove Location.

Deep dish crust not cooked when you cut into it clear liquid runs out and cheese separates from the uncooked dough, called the restraunt and was told that the crust never cooks all the way.. Never got the parm. Cheese packets or the plates.I must say this has never happened at the oakbrook restaurant and we go there frequently. I think the staff doesn’t know how to cook deep dish pizza’s.will not be going to this one ever.

Located right off the expressway, this spot was a great location for our Graduation Party. Food was served well by Jada and Tim set up our party of 20+ with ease. So thankful how they made our day all the better.

The food was excellent! Loved the pizza!! The service was very slow! There was only one person taking orders and servicing the tables. We had three separate orders that were grouped together on one ticket and were told they couldn't separate the orders. This was my first visit.
