This place has always been great: food, service, everything. We order here once a wk, but the last couple times bread did not seem as fresh as usual but like day old bread. Hope this won't continue and things will be back to normal.

I come here and get the same order all the time today I was told I can’t order the same thing I’ve been ordering at least on 10 different occasions the employee today claims I can’t mix chicken and steak on a Philly … I’ve had that same exact sandwich made at this location

Had a great experience at this location! David, the supervisor on shift was fantastic. As I walked in he greeted me while he was cleaning the sandwich station and was able to take my order at the sam time without forgetting anything.

Visited Jersey mikes subs on May 8th, 2025. The employee by the name of BEN is literally the perfect image of the perfect employee you wanna talk to when you walk in to a food establishment. SO KIND and SO RESPECTFUL. He really makes you feel welcomed when talking with him. You don’t get a gentlemen like him often. The people in charge at this location should feel very lucky to have him as an employee. I wish I could get a person like BEN everywhere I go to order food!

In the last 2 months that I have placed a delivery order from here items have been missing from the bag. When I call them, yes they apologize but tell me that I have to physically pick up my sandwich if I want it. I had my food delivered because I am at work and can't leave. It's so annoying. Don't waste your money or your time just order Penn Station.
