Ordered Pan Fried noodles like showed on UBER eats. Received a container of DRYfried thin rice noodles with a container of brothy vegetables and 3 small shrimp. What??? I called uber eats and they won’t refund me and called the store to ask what this was and the “”manager”” was OVERLY RUDE!! He said stop calling here it’s not my problem the picture you saw didn’t match what you received. BUT I went to their business website and they have the same picture Uber eats has. THIS IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! Will never even bother bringing my family here for dinner. Disgusted

Stopped by this place for an early dinner as we were in the area car shopping and so glad we did. Great welcome, wonderfully attentive service and most of all delicious, freshly cooked, hot and tasty food.

We have struggled to find a Chinese restaurant with food that doesn't taste like it was cooked yesterday or batch cooked and this is it.

The menu is massive which so much choice, with items I hadn't seen before be we stuck to familiar dishes as it was our first time there.
I had Shrimp Chow Mein and it was delicious, really fresh and a good balance of veggies and shrimp.

Recommend and will be back to try more of the menu.

Vegetarian options: Large tofu offering, plus vegetarian options.

Kid-friendliness: The way the plates are served means you can share a plate between smaller kids or let your kid have some of yours. The portions are very generous.

Mediocre food here, worth skipping IMO. We got delivery and the pork pot stickers were severely undercooked/inedible. The egg foo young was bland and the white rice wasnt cooked long enough. Lone bright spot was the general Tso chicken. I've eaten at other lao sze chuan locations with MUCH better results.

Literally the worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Firstly, upon delivery the driver tried to force me to give him a tip of my card, which I never do. I always provide cash tips. He was very aggressive and even walked off on me as I was explaining to him why there was no tip included on the receipt. I then go in the house and take my food out the bag, remind you I paid $16.95 per entree so I’m expecting a good size portions. They were literally lunch container sized that my 8 year old can eat on her own. The combination rice was so spicy it was almost unbearable with little to know meat included and the orange chicken was so hard we couldn’t even chew it. I spent a total of $36 and the food wasn’t even worth half of that! Completely UNSATISFIED and they will NEVER see another dollar out of me!

The food was VERY bland. The wonton soup was practically meatless. The house special fried rice was skimpy on the ingredients. THEY PUT ONLY 4 SHRIMP IN THE ENTIRE DISH!! Not impressed at ALL!! Will not go back!!

We had a cockroach in our fried rice order. It ruined the experience. They were nice enough to take the food back and did not charge us for the meal but sadly has impacted our ability to return.

Placed an order for carry out - was thoroughly disappointed with all 4 of the dishes I ordered. Dry, unseasoned, seemingly low quality meat. Hard pass on this place.

The hot and sour soup was the worst thing I have ever tasted or smelled in my life. And my partner agrees. The mapo tofu was bland with a strange perfumey aroma and flavor that is unlike any mapo tofu I have ever experienced and not in a good way.The kung pao chicken was bland, mushy and tasteless.
