You guys really need to do something about this location
Third straight time with issues
10 mins in drive thru with no one answering the car ahead of me
I pull out drive to Wendy’s .. get my food and I can see the same car is there still
Why is this a common occurrence and what is being done to address

There is no notice telling you that interior restaurant and office are closed; so there are very long lines in the Drive-Thru. If you pull up to go to the drive-thru and then change your mind because it's taking a long time, don't leave the line because you can't get inside. There are no other choices. You'll lose your place and then you'll have to start all over again and the lines are very slow.
I imagine it must be tough to run a business right now.

We drove quite a ways to get here, as this is one of the only Long John Silver restaurants in the chicago land area. Keep in mind that it is combined with a KFC, so you get KFC sides as opposed to traditional LJS sides. We came here during lent for the fish and shrimp.

It took quite awhile just to take our order, it seemed like there were plenty of people behind the counter, but maybe the drive thru was busy or they were short staffed. After we ordered the food, it came out relatively quickly.

We both had a version of fish and shrimp with fries and coleslaw, mine came with hushpuppies. My shrimp was delicious and so was the fish. My wife's fish however was a lot of batter and somewhat overdone. The sides were good.

As a child, my mom would take us to Long John Silver at least once during lent for the fish, so this meal for me struck the right note to satisfy my nostalgia. Not so much for my wife.

We were excited to get some LJS after many years. Its definitely like how I remembered and its very tasty for what it is...you generally know what yo expect, and they deliver on those expectations. The restaurant was clean and the service was acceptable. I would come back to scratch that LJS itch.

I was amazed to find a KFC/LJS. I had to pull over and get the fish and chicken basket. Definitely miss these in our neighborhood.

We stopped in just for the biscuits from KFC and the tasteful hushpuppies from LJS! The food was hot and delicious!

Drove all the way to this place to try the fish and they didn't have fish.

Update 10/25 Got the fish and shrimp combo box. The fish and shrimp was good but too much salt in the batter. Go easy on the salt.
