Always a great experience at this Lou's. I typically order weekly, online. But upon entering restaurant, staff is always friendly, attentive, good natured. Food is always terrific and we really look forward to family Pizza night.

Mistakenly thought this was a restaurant - tourist abroad - but as I was only grabbing food before a flight I decided to order a personal deep dish anyway. Food was pretty good quality but not outstanding.

Thank you so much to GRAHAM!! We placed a DoorDash order and forgot to include a topping for our deep dish. It was too late to cancel and reorder. Called up and he was SO SO helpful in ensuring we could still get the pizza how we had wanted. ?
