Food is great, service or getting ahold of someone is horrible. Out of about 5 orders, we've had issues with 3 of them. That's a 60% rate of missing or wrong items. Today our delivery was missing 3 breakfast items. Also sent them an email 4 days ago, completely ignored. Really frustrating.

Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I was there to pick up my food, the guy was cooking and didn't see me right away. I waited for a few minutes, while I was waiting he coughed right over the food he was cooking, not once but twice. I was so grossed out. The next day I sent an email explaining what I had witnessed and asked for a refund. Approximately 5 days later I did receive a refund. I was pretty disappointed that no one reached out to me to apologize or say they would look into this and correct the problem. I will never order from this place again. This part of the review was written before the coughing on the food.....Shannon the owner is amazing!!!! I love talking with her and getting great advice. I'm doing Keto and the food fits right into my life style. I have not received a bad meal, the food is soooo good. They also have great deserts.

BOGO frozen soups ($6 for 4 different soups on a Wednesday). Lots of frozen entree & dessert options too!!! Owner handed me some taco soup to try as I was browsing. Delish!!!

Shannon and the rest of the chefs cooks like they're cooking for family. They want these dishes to taste delicious and they succeeded spectacularly. I like how the menu shifts in time for holidays to include popular festive dinner staples. The staff are great and the delivery system is very supportive. Surprisingly, I'm lactose-intolerant, BUT with these meals that have heavy cream in them, my stomach doesn't even make a peep. I got better sleep, better digestive experience from eating at Low Carb Kitchen. This kitchen is the best!

Outstanding food and very convenient! I have been purchasing meals from low-carb kitchen for over a year now. Everything has been extremely tasty, and love the variety. I am diabetic so the low-carb meals help me stay within my macros very easily. Love the convenience of being able to just come home from work and warm-up my dinner. Shannon works extremely hard at her business and it shows!

We drive from Wisconsin and the owner was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend! And the food was delicious my kids even loved it!

Fantastic place, very nice people run it and it shows. Everything I have tried from there is amazing, ordered several cakes and they made our baby shower a hit. Would definitely recommend it even if you are not following a low carb lifestyle!
