This is Shannon's low-carb kitchen it's got some of the best food you can buy that has some of the best stuff on the market when it comes to anything low carb related there's nothing like it and at least a 50-mile radius for sure!!!

Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I was there to pick up my food, the guy was cooking and didn't see me right away. I waited for a few minutes, while I was waiting he coughed right over the food he was cooking, not once but twice. I was so grossed out. The next day I sent an email explaining what I had witnessed and asked for a refund. Approximately 5 days later I did receive a refund.
