Everything tastes very fresh and the environment feels very authentic. The hot tea here is great as well. The flavors are on the lighter side yet complex and aromatic in their own unique way.

If I could give 0 star, I would do so. Very unprofessional staff. I ordered delivery for amount 250$, then they called and said they don’t have some dishes. So I ordered other items, and when driver came, I figured out that they only put 1 portion of manti instead of 4. And there was also no achuchuk(salad). They sent another delivery guy to bring missing items, but when I got it , all food juice was leaking from the bag. 0 stars. Never gonna order again. I asked them to return my money, we will see after couple days is their manager can do it

A random place my brother picked. It was almost time to close and we had an hour left. Not too many options and a foreign menu with little time to decide, so we we ordered based on the translation of the waitress. We made great choices and food was excellent, the grilled vegetable kabob was perfectly cooked! The rest of the food was also cooked well, but as I recall, 1 month later, the veggies were cooked to perfection. Shout out to the chef in the back! Hope this counts..

The courses had lots of foods and flavors that I have never tasted before and it was really neat to be able to try a wide variety of new things here. Would come back!

Food’s taste was okay but size was extremely small. We wait almost 1 hour then they just gave us a soup after 10 min our 1 plate arrived and waiter told us the other order is sold out. Never be back. I really want to support this restaurant but they need to improve food service and menu.

Amazing food! The whole experience from start to finish was great, waitress (Russian speaker girl) was always so friendly and kind. The food was so yummy and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

We went to have an iftar(Ramadan) tonight but we were late a little bit, and this was our very first visit to Makon restaurant!Service is unfortunate really sucks! One lady only for entire place! And she is doing her best but there was too many tables for her to cover. It took almost an hour for us to get our order.same thing with the kitchen, I didn’t see many cooks there. That’s the reason there is no half of the food on the menu. You can’t have a simple nan for you food.Your tea will be almost frozen in 3 min after you get it.I wouldn’t recommend if you willing to go with your family or friends.Uzbek restaurant must be better than this!!!

We were really confused about the mixed reviews for this place, but decided to give it a try anyway. Really happy that we did. I think most of the bad reviews stem from the fact that this is a hole in the wall place located in a strip mall, and people expect it to be cheap asian food. However, this place is unique, they have authentic Uzbek food and every dish is clearly a labor of love. This is not fast food, and there is nothing cheap about it. The reason for my four star is the menu, it needs a little more work, drinks should be on there, along with pictures of the dishes. Otherwise, this is a great place to experience the cousine of Uzbekistan.

Wonderful restaurant with very authentic decoration and Uzbek style tapchan (sitting arrangement). Food is delicious, mastava and Kazan kebab is the ones that must try. Highly recommended for birthdays, events and gatherings. Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The food is great, but the price point is a bit high, especially for lunch (they don't have a lunch menu). Plus, with the dinner level pricing, the portion of the food is relatively small and depending on what you order you are expected to add bread or side dishes. I wish they had more affordable combination dishes as I really love the food.

Extremely good traditional uzbek dishes. Generous portions and fresh bread made in-house. Very good loose leaf tea (not bagged). Good small touches like table vinegar and nice seating. Staff is very friendly also, would love to come back and try more of their food
