Definitely was discriminated against. Manager didn't know how to work the gift card promo so had me standing there waiting in line for over 5 minutes as these two walked in "Mexicans" the guy came from the back, took their order in Spanish while I was still standing there went to the drive-thru to ring them up and gave them their change. After I had just asked if they could go get somebody to take my order and this was after 8 minutes. I was so mad told him to go to hell and left. I felt very disrespected how he talked about me in another language

Got a number 2 on the breakfast menu this morning. I’m starving mind you, I take a bite into my hash brown and immediate feel a HAIR. I picked this food up via drive through. Went back and parked so I could take this food inside to address with management. First woman I saw looked at me multiple times but did not seek to help until she finished her job assisting others which is totally fine. When she finally assisted me I believe her name is Alicia she told me she did not see anything as I am clearly pointing to the hair in my hash brown. I told her I would no longer like to speak to her and I would like to speak to a manager. When given the manager Emily she was very nice, let me know I needed to have my card to get a full refund, I did not have it on me so I went back out to my car to grab it. Mind you I had already thrown my food away, all of it! They refunded for full order. What annoyed me to the max to leave this review is Alicia was speaking to Emily about me in a horrible tone when I came back inside not sure if she noticed I was standing there listening. I told Emily my personal opinion and said not to do that out on the floor in front of customers. Very unprofessional and you could definitely ruin someone’s day. McDonalds im not expecting you to be fine dining and super proper but please do better.

December 31 2024. Who ever the manager was has poor manners. I feel sorry for this location. Food was just thrown in bag. She was on phone while I was in drive thru for 20 min. I guess some people even mc Donald’s is a tuff task to follow. Maybe they should have her cleaning windows. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever seen. And I quote !!!

This place is beyond slow due to the fact that the co-workers are talking more than they're working. They these guys work at a turtle pace and that's being nice. Multiple managers were sitting down taking a break before they realize that a bunch of people were getting frustrated.

This location is terrible. They have messed up my order on 3 occasions in the span of two weeks. And my orders would be one simple sandwich and a hot coffee. Many times I’ve ordered in the app, a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. It would end up being a biscuit. Other times a completely different sandwich. Another time, I ordered a hot coffee and a frappe, I got the hot coffee and then some dumb staring contest in the drive thru like we were done… These are all in app orders with the submitted order right in front of their faces. There’s also the “slow crew” filled with teenagers during lunch rush, and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. 90% of the employees don’t even speak English or hardly know how to. Just a crap location compared to many others. Management doesn’t even hold crew accountable either. There’s a specific woman that constantly hands coffees out the drive thru window like she’s holding bottles of Gatorade, sideways with an imaginary cap. Just hire new people with brain cells.

Service is horrible. They do not follow directions customers order, One of their workers cursed me out in both English and Spanish, being I asked for extra napkins. I will NEVER come back here ever AGAIN‼️
They close at the dinning room at 11pm we tried opening the doors at 10:23pm… they were locked. Terrible work ethic. We were then let in and subsequently got yelled at and cursed at as to how we got in even though they were not closed. We ordered nuggets and were going to order some fries and they turned the kiosks off so that we couldn’t order anymore food even though at this time it was 10:40pm and again they close at 11pm. I understand it’s close to closing time and yeah it’s annoying to see customers coming in right before closing but it’s apart of your job. Have had repeatedly bad experiences with this McDonald’s and I’m not the only one either food has been cold. Workers have been rude, and food as been forgotten on multiple occasions. Something genuinely has to be done this is ridiculous.

The food is over priced for quality as most places. It would be nice if when ordering a special order that they could actually do that correctly and maybe put the burgers together better. It's like this specific Mc Donalds has the worst service and errors with orders. They don't take care of the customers on the inside anywhere near as fast as the drive thru. They almost ignore the counter over the drive thru. If I didn't live so close I wouldn't go to this one. Good thing I rarely eat Mc Donalds
