Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Just left with my family after visiting at prime time, Saturday night, for my son's birthday. The employee working there remained in the back of the store the entire time, only coming in front when the front door chime would ring despite having full tables. The drip trays under each self serve dispenser were filled to overflowing, spills were on the floor too. There were toppings all over the counter and the floor. It really seemed as if he would rather be anywhere else in the world. Every other time we have been to this location the female working there was attentive and helpful. The store was also clean. Tonight was such a disappointing experience.

I had a good experience here thanks to the nice worker named Atene. She was very sweet when me and my family came .

So many great flavors! Also the topping bar is awesome!

I came in at around 5:30 and witnessed what seemed to be a manager being rude to another employee, I really wanted my froyo and it ruined my entire froyo mood so I went to cocomaro instead. Probably not coming back.

Menchie's in Downers Grove is awesome

Yesterday was my first time here in several months, and we were SO pleasantly surprised to enter a CLEAN, organized, and beautified space. The staff were so courteous and helpful. I mentioned how the shop had done a 360 since I had last been in, and they informed me they were under new ownership. I am beyond thrilled so see that one of our neighborhood faves has been saved! If you haven't been since before March, give them another chance. I guarantee you'll be blown away like I was!

Stop in today for Buy one get one free ! Ends today. Very friendly staff and they you sample their flavors. I love the mango

We came here on a slow after on Monday, Mar.24. The kind young gentleman in the store hosted my children who are not fluent with English and my mom with hospitality. His smile was so welcoming and my kids felt at home, as this was their first ever fro-yo. They loved this experience so much. Kudos to this nice young man making the place so much better on top of its clean environment and tasty frozen yogurt!

I decided to take mini rode trip from Chicago, IL to Downers Grove, IL to get some Frozen yogurt because the Menchie’s location in North Chicago is no longer there. I arrive here and it look likes the shop Is close due to renovation but according to google it says the shop is open. You’re doing your customers a disservice by leading them on. Since the shop is under renovation this owner should update google status to “Temporarily closed”, this bad business!

Let me get started by saying that the icecream was good, not great but it did satisfy my sweet tooth. Im giving 3 stars because the staff was neglegent, the one machine was not working and he said to pull harder, i did, it still didnt work and he wouldnt help, he was too busy watching netflix on his laptop. the place itself was pretty gross, definetly needs to be cleaned more often.

Best menchies location I’ve been too. Worker was very nice and chill. Plenty of delicious flavors. Will definitely be coming back.

Can't even get through a call for the past hour

Went for some frozen yogurt after work and had a wonderful experience! They have dairy free options which is an accommodative factor of Menchies! Highly recommend.

Not sure what happened but I agree with other reviews, the place seems to have not been sanitized in a while. Also the mop they used left a strong smell that seems that they haven't changed it in a while. Establishment tables and yogurt dispensers look dirty. Not the same place it used to be.

Very dirty, will not be going back! Toppings were stale, containers broken and spoons disgustingly dirty. So gross and unsanitary!!!
