My review: Straight up the worst dining experience of my life. MOD Pizza completely missed the mark — overpriced, low-quality food with a vibe that was honestly embarrassing. The pizza tasted off, smelled weird, and was nowhere near worth even a third of what they charge.
The staff’s attitude was the final nail — asking a simple question about discounts instantly turned into rude behavior. Zero professionalism. Zero hospitality.
As someone who’s been a trusted guide on Chicago roads for over a decade, I’ve seen every level of service — and this was rock bottom. I won’t ever be going back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in my circle. Facts only. They don’t deserve even one star

Young woman with glasses who said her name was Erin the shift lead made this pizza and cut it like this. She had a strange attitude and wanted a lot of attention. If you cannot cut a pizza and you are the shift lead - you might want to practice your customer service skills...and how to cut a pizza.

First off I love mod pizza. However placed an online order. Got there at 1020.. doors are locked so no one can get in. Even if they wanted to order. 40 minutes til close and they got the doors locked. Highly unprofessional. Shows they dont care about business. Lady had to run to let me in. Again its a deterrent. 3 people saw I tried to get in and got back in their car and drove off. You all lost maybe 50 dollars in sales. Secondly. The lady was rude, very unwelcoming like i just killed day. Grab my food asked for some extra pesto and hot honey. Acted like i didnt exist. Reprated myself again. God forbid. Rolled her eyes. Its putting sauce in a cup. Thirdly, pizza orders were wrong, undercooked, very sloppy. Not all ingredients were on our food even though tickets are ready. Highly unprofessional. Will be talking to corporate on this store. Disappointed

While Mod Pizza might be great on the tastebuds, they make mistakes. First off, they got my order wrong. I ordered for my family and they messed up the sizes, cutting, and order in general by putting wrong ingredients. How hard is it to follow a receipt?! Also, the wait time ETA was 20 minutes earlier than it was actually ready! Scammed me by making me wait in store for a long time. Otherwise, the food is always bomb and I enjoy the 11inch pies because they taste delicious. Please make sure you order in person and not online.

I always love going to Mods..their pizza tastes great, their ingredients are fresh and their sauces are very tasty, the pizza is prepared in an open oven and you can watch it until it's done which usually takes 10 to 14 mins only..make sure to try the creme soda drink they have..staff are amazing and very friendly

Not really the best showing from MOD PIZZA this time around. I order the same pizza every time I come here and it’s usually really well put together. This time the sauce was WAYYY over done. Looked like the whole pizza was just slopped together. A lunch I was really looking forward to, just plain ruined.
