I have been visiting Mud and Char for over a year now, and I really enjoy this place. It feels like a family-owned business, with a few sweet ladies running it and providing a fantastic coffee experience, which is impressive. In my opinion, their coffee is better than that of any franchise coffee shop; it’s rich, bold, and strong. I just want to start by saying how wonderful the customer service was during my visit! Every employee I interacted with was kind, helpful, and clearly doing their very best to make sure we had a great experience. You can tell they truly care. However… I couldn’t help but notice how hot it was inside. Like, uncomfortably hot. Super good iced coffee. Not bitter and has a smooth finish. I got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and it was delicious. They don't skimp on the cream cheese! Updated 6/2 went back and the place is still awesome all these years later would recommend getting a bagel with cream cheese!
