We had a great experience dining at this Olive Garden location. The decor was beautiful and tables were comfortable. Our server, Maggie, was efficient and so delightful!! She is a great addition to the team. Also, Ynez helped and brought out some of our food and things we needed. She was so sweet and very accommodating. Our food was delicious and didn't take long to come out. I would definitely dine here again!

The chicken parm and the five cheese baked ziti are my favorite dishes here. The chicken always comes out nice and crispy, not soggy due to being over sauced. The salad is also another good menu item to give a try.

Food was very deliciousPasta Alfredo, steak, salad, and kids meal was very very good.Server was very attentive to us, got us refills without even asking us making sure we were taken care off. This was our first time at the lombard location and this was a 5 star experience. We will definitely be back.Calamari was excellent ?
I really enjoyed my time at this Olive Garden. The waitstaff was very good. The food was excellent. And there was no pressure. When we were leaving, there was a party that had been there before we arrived and were still there when we left. Absolutely no pressure to leaving. I would have no problem returning to this Olive Garden in the future.Parking: There are two lots; one on either side of the restaurant.
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!My husband and I visited this location and we will never again going forward. We ordered a To-Go Pickup order for my myself, my husband and my two kids but upon returning home, we noticed a couple a couple things that we did not like. The first thing was that our soup wasn't properly secured so most of it leaked out into the bag causing it to be soaked. Second, our main dishes was that of a lunch portion, it was not a dinner portion at ALL. Lastly, we had separately ordered a boat of alfredo sauce and it was barely anything in the cup. So my husband ended up calling the restaurant requesting to speak to the manager. Marissa Wilson answered and was very rude. She immediately dismissed my husband's claims stating that everything was done correctly and that she's worked for Olive Garden for a long time so she knows what she's talking about. I could not believe what I was hearing. I mean there was no empathy or apology given, it was an immediate dismissal. We literally paid over $70 for a meal that was not delivered correctly. I've already taken steps to speak with corporate regarding this matter.AS I STATED AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!

I was on a soft diet for that diet and I thought of Olive Garden. I place a take out order because i had just left the hospital. I got there they was closed. I was willing to wait and i am glad i did. The food was great, Customer service meet my expectation. Branden was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the company. I had not been to Olive Garden since you guys moved. I enjoyed my food. Hat off to the cooks. I will return very soon.
