Food is good+ All I have to say if you're ordering for pick up you need to check the entire bag before you leave because my orders have been packed wrong every time. It's my luck I get home and it's always wrong even if I order it online or my husband does. We always have to waste time driving back because we still want to eat our correct order. Plus we have a baby and to not having a reliable correct meal on time derails our whole dinner lunch schedule which results in angry baby and exhausted parents.

This was by far my worst experience at hooters, we were greeted and seated quickly but the server took 10 min to come see us and take order it wasn’t busy so I was wondering what was the hold up but once she came she took order and about 15-20 min passed she didn’t come back she was in the back where they make the food or whatever on the phone the whole time arguing with someone over the phone her con workers looked like they were calming her down after a while and I just got up and left. It was around 2:30 sept 4 2024. I wish I could remember her name. African American woman not the dark skin one the brown skinned one. Very unprofessional but these days I guess anyone can get hired

What can I say about a restaurant that serves its guest cold shrimp, warm wings, and the server that was soooo bad I couldn't find a reason to tip her.

Very good , a lil pricey to bring a family tho..50 wings was 75.00 plus pop and appetizers, bill was like 150.00. I guess not to bad but times are tough on the cash

Awesome friendly service and atmosphere. Honestly can't decide what I liked more between the crispy chicken sandwich, wings or tater tots. Go with the crispy chicken sandwich and you can't go wrong.
Cold food took forever to get drinks and food then manger called police and lied saying someone threw drink at her worst experience ever

Terrible service, was not allowed to order online and eat in the restaurant, was told it was Policy. When lunch times are limited the majority of us locals order ahead. inconsiderate staff does not care if they embarrass you when asked to leave. Warning to others, best to go elsewhere. Anywhere else.
