First time trying hooters and such a disappointment, I got mild wings and they looked like wings in grease , disgusting I also got the shrimp in hot buffalo and it was so greasy both with no flavor , I don't think I'll ever eat hooters again , the only good thing was the celery. ?

I went to this Hooters location yesterday and I am sadly disappointed. While drinking my adult beverage, I noticed a bug at the bottom of my drink. I showed the waitress and she notified the manager. The manager came over and apologized and I was brought another drink. I asked the manager how he what he was going to do about it and he replied that he wouldn't charge me for the drink that had the bug in it.This used to be my favorite Hooters. I will never go back. The manager wasn't interested in anything more. The food was not great at all. Find another location to eat at if you can.

This place sucks! The girls here are very rude. I asked to speak to the manager she legit had me on hold for 10min. So then I called back and then asked what happen with transfer me to the manager. She said oh and then hung up. I called back and the manager answered and I told him that his employees are very rude that they had me on hold for a long time and kept hanging up on me, His response was he accidentally did it. So I told him there were certain wings regular hot dry rub that I always order from there all of a sudden they never had that on their menu. I had to walk back with my baby and my daughter to try to get a refund and gave him the wings back that I didn’t want and he refused to give me my refund back. This place discusses me I will never go here again!

Again we order carry out from Downers Grove Hooters and again they mess up the order. I talked to the manager Isiah and told him what happened. You would think he would be understanding as I had to drive all the way back to get the right food and then eat my food cold as a result but he wasn’t . Now this has happened numerous times and I never ask for anything but this time I did. Feel it’s only fair. I asked for a free 10 pc boneless for the future. He said I’ll give you $5. I said this is a huge inconvenience and do you want to lose a customer over this. He said and I quote, I don’t care if you come back. This is the service you get now which is absolutely terrible. This manager should be fired as he has no clue about customer service. Last time I’ll be at hooters. Wing stop here I come.

It was good, the kids finished their entire plates, the service was great and so the was atmosphere. I dinged them one star because I got the wings and they definitely could have been better. They weren't "bad" just they left a lot to be desired. They were also very small.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu with a coloring page.

It’s been many years since I’ve stepped foot in here and honestly it’s nothing special. While the service was great, the wings were lackluster. Especially the medium wings which just felt oily and really had no taste of spice. The BBQ style wings had too much sauce on them. Don’t even bother ordering the fries. They even charged us for ranch. You’re better off bringing your own. The best part of my meal was the drink, Jolly Roger, as it was delicious. Unfortunately this establishment needs a rehab. The walls were full of skid marks and crayon marks. I would rather see a full gut job on this restaurant before eating here again.

They even charged us for ranch. You're better off bringing your own. The best part of my meal was the drink, Jolly Roger, as it was delicious. Unfortunately this establishment needs a rehab. The walls were full of skid marks and crayon marks. I would rather see a full gut job on this restaurant before eating here again.
